if I can get you right you are envisaging that the man BUHARI is two persons,if you are saying that BUHARI double as the Minister of petroleum does the minister of petroleum has the power to approve the said contract or the president? By the extant rules states that as far as the president has transmitted power to the VP all every other powers in whatever guise should be put on hold until another letter is transmitted to the Senate for the restoration of presidential/ministerial position.

If the Nnpc GMD Baru had nothing to hide, why bypass the acting president Osibanjo and the state minister for petroleum ibe kachukwu. PMB double standard and the arrogant display of impunity by his kinsmen are casting aspersions on the integrity of the president and his govt in his fight against corruption.. .
