What inspired you to register this name?

I actually love the name. Did a little research on the name here and there and so loads of potential buyers. So I went ahead to purchase it as a good risk.

I did not send to scrap emails as I noticed I had a very less open rates for other outbound mails within that period I bought it. Instead I used contact forms on potential buyer websites believing that the interested ones would come knocking and so it went.

Asking price was 1,509. It was EDM. I pegged it at the price because of the caliber of the sites and business line of people already using similar name.
The buyer started out with trade mark pointers but was very diplomatic with suggestive interests as to willingness to buy it but not more than 750. After over 12 diplomatic emails from both of us. He seemed to be disliking the on and forth.... I settled for it. It was my first high sale in a single purchase. No need to be greedy.

NB: he owns similar name on several other extensions.

2. With over 7 outbounds e-mails sent to over 50 mails, yet not a single reply.
3. Even reduced price to $100 when I needed cash urgently still not a single reply.
4. Followed a lead on Twitter who ended up following me and he has never said a word or showed any interest in my sales offers.
5. Epik sent me severals mail to renew but I kinda dragged my feet to renew it
6. A sudden feeling struck me to renew it and I did for 2 year period on Epik
7. I was surprised to find out yesterday that Godaddy, Dynadot, and Name Cheap have all tagged it as a premium.
8. I just laughed and increased the price and not even interested to send any outbound mail but to hold till the day an inbound mail comes.

Most mails on the targeted end user websites are not directly the mails of the owners or key decision makers of the business. There is this browser plugin I use to further drill down to the owners or key decision makers by searching the the url of the targeted end user websites.

The cons
1. It is not certain that every website you input would generate leads.
2. It is some what expensive to pay for the subscription.

The Pros
1. It is easy to use
2. It has a free version
3. The free version users are entitled to 100 possible searches monthly for free
