Let's draw a possibility of 4 quadrants about this issue.

1. You can stop them from selling the land and loose your life or harm your family. In this quadrant you yourself will finally not make use of it.


2. You can stop them from selling the land and still not be harmed. But severe relationship between you and them. Who family relationship help sef ? In this case bad blood and vendatta is still possible.

3. You can stop them from selling the land and nothing will happen to you or your family. And you guys would still get along like nothing happened. I have not seen where two friends go to court and still remain friends afterwards.

4. You can allow them sell the land and look like a fool. Live amicably or still have vendatta or bad blood but your life or family is un-harmed. More so, you can revenge, work hard and buy urs.

In all of these 4 quadrants above there is something important you need to know: neither me nor this guy up here telling you not to allow them to sell it would be with you when ever any of this 4 happens. Choose wisely.

Your observations are right. The Domains you watchlist will display caught when it has been registered by another domainer. It will show pending Delete, sedi make offer if it has not been registered or if the time to drop has not reached yet.

It will show available when it has dropped and no one has seen it to register it. That you've never saw it bcom available b4 only mean one thing - your watchlist is a good pick and people are also targeting those names so they ended up buying it b4 you, so it displays as caught or registered.

From newbie observations

Drop catch, 123 Reg and co often pick off the best of the best on pending delete before they drop. Probably through back order. Their is term for this practice. Which is not very ethical and fair to the pool of individual domain investors.

In as much as I would have wanted to overlook some actions being displayed here especially recently, I still believe I should air my opinion, besides its not binding on anyone, but it is one of the reasons people tend to leave the thread or rather comment or visit once in a while.

The thread seems to be a shadow of itself now, not because people aren't making sales, or not because people aren't domaining anymore, but Because of characters being displayed here.


Secondly anybody that comes to my direct message I tell them, I have no short cut for you, because Domaining isn't a get rich quick scheme.

I see people here looking for who to outbound for them dropping their names here, thereby causing others to complain of indexing.

Looking for who to outbound for you isn't bad, after all no one knows your schedules and how busy you are, but if you must take domaining As a side hustle be ready to outbound your business yourself. Be able to make your time available for the business.This is just all I can say. No short cut in this business.

Take your time and study this business. Follow people online apart from this platform, study the trend if you deal on both geos and exactmatch.

We are hustlers, let's know how we do this thing and not cast it with our Nigerian mentality. The whites are long into the business and they are rational about it as a business. Solution to the indexing that I am to raise is someone should open a telegram group and drop the link here just strictly for us Nigerians or here on nairaland, where people can ask questions or drop their domain names for evaluation if need be, so they won't be victims of indexing anymore because most are newbies and not seo inclined.
