This period is tough Mehn, Gone are the days when you sneeze and people will bless you.
You guys remember the grumpy client of mine that spoilt my week.
One of the care assistant started sneezing, I used style and went to the kitchen and I could hear what was going on in the living room. The guy sneezed again, this one carry weight. The baba who had partial stroke and would point at the object he wanted to be adjusted to his need, told him with all the strength and energy he could gather, FUCKING HELL!!!!!!

I didn't know when laughter busted out. I had to quickly supress it. The sweetest laughter is the one you try to hold in certain situation. I often try to keep it freezer so when I go somewhere, ill open it and laugh till my heart satisfaction. But Shit happens.

Lastly, who knows about Luxembourg?
Thou I have been making research sha

It's hard and a bit complex, you can check it out. My brain couldn't carry it. There are various route, Asylum, volunteering, applying directly to a company, your CV has to be heavy.

Luxembourg is rich, their major Lang isn't English

No be that ooo. Low population and huge infrastructure is a huge boost. Most of them travel out to US, Australia and leave the infrastructure for us to enjoy.

Well, I mostly have to wait till it's clear before I take picture.
This is a residential area and lockdown has made things worse.
I wouldn't want vehicles blocking what I want you guys to see.
City centre is where people will be everywhere.

Here, everyone is either in a vehicle, bicycle, scooter or bus, the rest might just be jogging or going for a short walk

Girls were playing football in that field, not sure it was football or GAA.
GAA is an Irish sport and it's played with a stick.

Seeing those guys at the fence really gave me some flashbacks. Not like there wasn't space to sit inside o, some just love to stand and window crash, I thought I was in Nigeria.

I would have joined them if men were playing and if I even have the time to do so.

Until wili wili jumps out by 8pm on your way back.

Lol

Hahahahah, what wili, wili, the thing is in the country, biodiversity of animals and plants is different. I was with my Irish neighbor at the backyard, I showed you the picture, I was reaching for something when it fell into the hedges, the hedge is like a fence of plants, a picture is below,
Then suddenly the irish guy threw his whole hand into the bushlike fence, I was horrified, the guy said there was no dangerous animal there.

you dare not put your hand like that in Nigeria or a place like Australia, where it's as if every animals is out to kill you. In my village, we have to use stick and flog the bush to drive out any monster. If you put your hand like that, a snake can come out of with it.

Hi chiggs,
It seems people are mixing this up, different race name were given as a means of identification! It doesn't have to be neccesarily your skin tone, we have pale, tan, red Caucasian but they are still referred to as white not because they really white but it is an identification.

These are racial subgroups we have:
"Aethiopian or Black","Caucasian or White","Mongolian or Yellow","American or Red" and "Malayan or Brown".

People usually think being called black has to do with their skin tone yes it is kinda true but at the same time is a means of identification.

If you were asked what race are you from if you should mention "brown" they literally gonna think you from Indian, Pakistan etc

Irish people are identification by nationality. They can be Irish(nationality) and White or Caucasian(race).
I am Nigerian(nationality) and black or aethiopian(race)

It is just disappointing to see blacks are getting divided by identifying themselves by their skin tone but at the same time it is their choice.

Being black doesn't mean negative we should change our mentality about that before talking about western ideologies or propaganda.

The truth is only in Nigeria you will feel you not black until you move to western countries then you will have have to embrace your identity not trying to convince people that you brown not black.

In Nigeria colorism also exist, you will see same black people talking down on dark-skinned women.
Above all I believe its your choice to choose what you want to be identified with, this is just my thought,i absolutely have no right to change your view wink

I totally get where you're coming from now. Race by colour is a means of identification. I get now.
Taking color out of the equation, we're all human. Africans are disadvantaged already and with the dark history behind us and mementos that's trying to pull us to the Shackles of that history, it is therefore important that we give the enemy less amunition to fire at us.

I was speaking to an Italian at the mall and in the conversation, I discovered that they also have their derogatory slur, they're called HALF-Negro.
Why I will stay and be gisting, with how busy I was, she was attractive. Italians are so beautiful, I will love to visit the city and experience the locals if you know what I mean.

We need to take colour out of the equation, white, yellow, brown, red, and Black, our colour in this universe and world is associated with every negative thing easily.
Let's just kick out colour out of it. Some Nigerians that came to live here, gave birth, those kids never visited Nigeria, I have met some of them, their accent, thinking and all is purely irish. they even have irish as friends and little to no coloured people. so it will be wrong to call them African, very very wrong.
It's all about acting like them in accent and dressing unless they like your vibe and accent. I feel good when girls tell me me they love when I speak, they like how manly the African accent sounds, I have had a couple tell me in different scenarios. You can't come here and be wearing agbada up and down, you'll stand out too much. While it may be good to never leave you past, you should find a way to marry the two to your new life here. It will draw lots of attention if scottish folk wear their kilts everywhere, kilts is like skirt, not sure of the exact name.

In this world, the African community is at a big disadvantage, let's rise out of this by dressing, conduct and identification.

I am first a Human before I'm African.

I saw this message since, had to think and ruminate on this before I responded. Kudos to that brain of yours, you can see the maturity and critical thinking displayed in her argument. Keep it up

Lol chiggs this race stuff has been in existence for many years now, your skin might be brown but you are identified as a black person all over the world!!
Black people have different skin tones ranging from light skin to dark skin.
Caucasians are referred to as white people
East Asians are referred to as yellow people
South Asians are referred to as brown people

Why y'all make it seem been identified as a black person is wrong? If you refer yourself as brown skinned man because you not dark, another black person refer himself as light skin because he isn't dark so literally everyone will identity themselves in different skin tones.

I have been called a black girl nd i never took it the wrong way, most popular American women like Alicia Keys, Rihanna, nicki Minaj all refer themselves as black women even though they not dark-skinned.

Nothing wrong being identified as a black person, black doesn't necessarily mean evil.

Yes we are Africans and Black! we also have Africans and Arab which they are from North Africa.
Even black people started #blacklivesmatter not #lighskinnedandbrownskinnedlivesmatter.

I sincerely appreciate the time you took to say this, I really do.

We have to know that this is beyond you and I, and everyone here. Even before they thought of conceiving me. For us to move away from the chains, relics and stigma of racism, colour shouldn't be in the picture at all. That's why you see folks toppling down historical symbols of slavery and racism. What those men did, I swear, judging by today's standard, was a Catastrophe, you need to see the faces behind the numbers.

It is very uncommon to address an Irish as a white man, they might even get me arrested, what happened to their name? They don't like to be too white, it's very common to see them run to Spain, Brazil and other warm climate, not just for holiday, but to get the precious sun on their skin. A lot of beauty businesses are booming now where they go to get tanned with a very darker shade of Colour even to the horror of looking pink or red. They feel like their white skin makes them look like ghost.
not just the ladies, even the men, especially the ones into fitness, they have to tan their skin so we can be able to see how ripped they are. Cos when they are naturally light skinned, it's hard to see the muscle definition.

If I can't call a Caucasian white, why do you call me black? Even when the societal and universal meaning of black isn't Good. Don't I have a name? Infact, my name is.....
