Reading this had its appeal, I could see alot at one glance.... I think I prefer our newspaper, I didnt enjoy those little narrations we put underneath most pictures in the Punch and in the Guardians, it wasnt in the IrishTimes.
|
Irish Newspaper, see how Ginormous it is.....
|
seunny4lif:Make sense in that case then. Thanks man |
Officialkplus:Well I almost missed this, There are other visa but they have various requirements, you can try the investors visa which require you have a certain amount of money. Or the business visa.....you have to have a business to invest in maybe a franchise or any that you can do....the Covid has opened up some opportunities also as there's a skill shortage. I read it sometime ago but didn't put much focus as it wasn't my route. |

seunny4lif:Wow, that's awesome, I'll think about that when I finally land a full time job. But having a car then might be convenient I call you Agba for a reason |
That week you guys saw me patting a dog, that was a tough week caused by one of my clients, just one baba o, I arrived at his house the fourth day that week and couldn't bring myself to go inside, I just didn't understand why he was so grumpy and was even using the F word not just on me but on other irish workers, if not I change it for him, for him to single me out would have been racism. Straight n short. I listened intently and he never used the N word, hes actually a stroke patient, toughest call, cos he can't speak properly, cant walk without support and cant even feed himself. He threw lots of tantrums, ate very little and never said thanks, because of how anxious he was, he couldn't even communicate properly exactly what he wanted with the very little speech he could dish and some hand gestures. This caused lots of misunderstanding and he wept, cussed, growled and told us to Bleep off repeatedly. I was between two crushing forces, if I choose to be indifferent and ignore him, that will kill the sensitivity I'm supposed to have to my clients, if I was to accept that and try to pacify, they would get to me and bring out the worst in me. I started to feel bad, really bad, I thought I have been really bad at my job and that's why he was doing all of that, I called his daughter, cos I was about to japka o, I do get a lot of money from his calls, I just can't permit him to bring out the worst in me, she came and when I told her he told me to Bleep off repeatedly, her eyes opened, she challenged her father, this man told told me and her to Bleep out the apartment, she told me to leave, through the window, I saw her other side, the baba too was screaming and cussing.... next time I visited the apartment, he was as MEEK as a lamb, ill ask her what she did, I was amazed, the relationship between me and the old man has improved, says thanks that I get tired of saying, You're welcome. He apologized and forgives my little mistakes with a smile, this is someone that only smiled at the guy that I call his son. It was later I got to discover that his son was on leave.....wheeewwww, I knew this guy has been with this client for three years, it was when he came back and he told me that he knew the client for about 30years. I call him his son cos he's been with him for a long time and has no difficulty deciphering his mumblings |
Alday:Hahhaha, e good o I get to have fridge space, freezer space for frozen stuffs, cupboard space to store food items.... |
ZINIBANKS:Enter plane quickly |
sammyonal:Lol, nice packaging |
ovokate:True, very true Those ones do it for their children, they want them to be able to japka once they can't make ends meet with another passport from a good country. |
Alday:Lol, I wasn't working before I left naija o |
seunny4lif:Hahaha Thanks man, I'm not even paying €700, I japka when they increased the rent, I currently pay €550, with €50 for bills, I'm yet to pay that tho. You can get a single room for €250 in cork or limerick, but another thing is jobs are fewer there |
Former house, This is how it look as advertised, if you go n live there, just know, CHIGGS WAS THERE, Ooin. You can see the large kitchen, two refrigerators, there's no need to be buying new furnitures and other things, the population in this house was twice that of where I am currently. My new place has two kitchens, lol
|
ZINIBANKS:When I did the conversion, Omo, that money carry weight o, I moved to a better place, the view in this my new place is good for reading n meditation. |
Hahaha Firefox01: |
ModestGal:Legit way is schooling, it's fast too. Doctor Modest, wow, do your research well o, some courses will pay you, I think from year 2. Keep it up |
ZINIBANKS:Hahaha, all is here o, I just carry my clothes, shoes and personal effects. Kitchen always comes fully loaded and even the rooms also, I'll post a picture later. The plates, spoon, pots, pan, and those sorts are hidden away in the drawers. Appliances that every house MUST have is iron, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dish washer, vacuum cleaner, I never see broom here o, cooker with a functioning oven, oven is so convenient for meat n chips...yummy, heating whether gas or electric, toaster, sometimes a blender. Microwave is so useful here, they even use it to cook rice, first time I saw it my jaws dropped, HOUSES MUST HAVE WIFI ROUTER, quote me anywhere, if they don't have, tell them Chiggs says you must provide one, it's fucking compulsory people, I use at least 50gig a day, the movie I just consumed was 10 gig, there was no negotiating...last price o, if I watched 5, you see na. Plus I play games online, watch aljazeera, CNN, BBC, CGTN, everyday, and chill with a bottle of Rose with YouTube. Gosh. It's normal for the landlord to provide toiletries and cleaning stuffs, some can be too busy for that and will tell us to buy and bring the receipt, we can deduct it from the next rent. But me as a sharp guy, I no fit gamble am, if I lost the receipt ko, hahaha,
