it is not if people registered for WAEC, but if they are actually mising. WAEC said 500 & something students registered in that school, even boys in an all girls school. But the issue is that WAEC has the pictures of registerd students not missing students. The USA has come & ran away given excuses with so many complains cos they discovered something they cant disclose to the masses. They came with so much noise and left unnoticed.
