If you are given an opportunity to sit with celebrities you admire,do you think you have something to offer or contribute to their life?

A lot of us want to sit with kings but we forget that the kings we seek is also seeking something from us.

I always asked myself, "Do I have what it takes to inspire kings and Nations?

Will my solution be needed in places that matter?

One of my desire is to speak to UNITED NATIONS(UN), Europeans Union (EU) Parliaments and President of Nations because they are decision-makers and they determine the outcome of every Nation

Meanwhile, I notice that desire can't take me far so I decide and take the right steps.

You wish to be influential but do you know what it takes to have influence across NATIONS.

Taking pictures with celebrities doesn't mean you have the answer to their need😁😁

HOW TO REPOSITION YOURSELF

I want to talk about something we all need especially as time is changing speedily

Yesterday, I watched a video on Facebook by Brain jotter and It really inspired me.

Where you are today is not where you will be tomorrow so the question is " How do I position my self to fit into what s coming ? "

He was basically talking about occupation and he mentioned a couple of guys who are doing something outside what they studied in school

Don't get me wrong

School is not scam

Just that many of us don't understand the true meaning of SCHOOL.

SCHOOLING is different from EDUCATION

School is a sub set of education

School enhances your knowledge but Education help you discover what is within you

Schooling can stop at anytime but Education is a lifetime journey.

So don't say you are educated because you went to school 😁😁

Certificate is not a proof that you are educated but the problem you are able to solve.

Certificate also gives you an advantage too

Do you remember the man called BENJAMIN FRANKLIN . He was one of the founding fathers of USA and once the President of United States

He didn't have so much privilege of schooling but he educated himself to become who he was

Not everybody will have the opportunity of going to school and it doesn't make you less advantage than others but everyone will have the opportunity to be educated to any level no matter your background

Life is about what choices we choose.

AFRICA'S FUTURE - Chigozie Victor Uwalaka

Africa have the best minds who can create the future we all desire and want, but one of the big challenges we have as a continent is the inability to see and appreciate what we have.

Most of the world's invention like agriculture, education and technology started in Africa. But our downfall began when we lost the true sense who we are.

We appreciate what other do than what we make for ourselves. Remember when a nation loses her identity, she will also lose her value.

The true value of a nation is in embracing her identity and uniqueness.

We are unique as a continent. Our culture is our Identity. Our language is our value.

So I believe Africa's future is within Africans. Until as a continent we start cultivating the potential within, we will be where we are.

We don't reject our own no matter how little we are. We can be big when we recognize what we have as a continent.

Africa need Africans.

We are the three future of our continent.

Like Dr. John C Maxwell would say, " You don't go to the top, you grow to the top "

Life is a process that requires growth. Every cycle of life as a leader need your adequate responses to growth.


If you are not pleased with where you are, you can't be satisfied with where you are going.

Growth will teach the way of contentment while you passionately push for the next stage of life.


You don't hurry the process, you take slowly until you have learnt what you need to learn.


Be confident with what you are and contend for more through growth.

WHY I LOVE CULTURE SO MUCH

Everywhere I go to, I love to study and understand their culture for two reasons but let's look at what culture is first

Culture is a system that define people's belief system and how people behave

Anybody who want to affect people especially across the globe, you must learn to accept people's culture

Culture defines people's value system
Culture defines the economic standard of a nation

No nation grows without culture.

Culture also defines language and a mean of communication.

Culture shapes lifestyle.

Culture defines identity

What defines AFRICA is diversity of Culture

Nigeria is blessed with many Cultures.

So if we are going to become that VOICE that shapes system and structure across Nations, it begins with modeling a culture that shapes people's way of living

The Church today was built on a culture that shapes who we are

Culture is a unique identity that describes people, language, values and lifestyle

I love to study cultures because it helps me know -
1. How to be flexible with people without hurting them.
2. It helps me know how to relate and communicate very much.

Dear Young People,

There are certain truths I discovered among Young people especially this generation

We have the energy but we don't have the wisdom that makes us last

I'm a very young man and still living my life.

The energy we have as young People is not deniable but you need wisdom to channel it effectively

One of the questions I recently asked God while I was in church on Sunday last week.

"Lord, we have many gifted and talented young people in Church but why are we not having enough people rise to be the voice that the world hears?

The answer is still Personal to me but I won't share it yet

The truth is that we are blessed with Great Voice who should have change narratives in our world.

There are three specific things every young man or woman must put in place intentionally

1. The Future
2. The Impact
3. The longevity

You see these three things I mentioned on my previous post,it is mostly missing among Young People

We are more concern about now 😭


We don't think about the future
We don't think about impact
We don't think longevity

Everything we think about is what we will make us live now

Even the value we try to offer are not futuristic

The quality of our values are not impactful

It lack the ability to last long

There are three things that make you last as a Young Man and woman

1. The quality of the value you posses
2. The degree at which it answers to the need of people
3. The difficulty in replacing You for another


This is definitely seen in how we live our life

The Law of Cause and Effect explain we bear the consequences of what you do daily

It can Positive or Negative

Today, There are voices that are long gone but speaking in the many lives.

People like Dr. Myles Munroe, Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King Jr etc

Life is intentional and gift of God to man

WHY COMPETENCE?

Few days ago, I was told to make rice twice for everyone to eat so I went to the store nearby where I stay to buy some ingredients for making of jollof rice.

I got fresh tomatoes
I got fresh pepper
I got crayfish
And some other ingredients to make the jollof rice.

Everything was ready to make the rice.

The journey began oh 🤣🤣🤣 so I did all I could to prepare the rice and added my recipes just make it have a taste.

Hahahaha 😂😂😂😂 It was really a delicious one.

Don't worry someday, you will try my home made food 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

So...............

Done and dusted

I served the meal as usual


Everyone enjoyed the jollof rice I made.

Within the same week, I was asked to make another jollof rice🫣🫣🫣.

This time 🤣🤣🤣, i was not as the first one🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️. I did everything I had to do to make it taste good but it wasn't like the first jollof rice I cooked 😂 😂

The jollof rice was not bad 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️but it is totally different from the first one so I started asking myself, "What did I not add to make this rice taste like the first one?" Was my recipe wrong 🤒🤒?

I discovered that something had reduced. What is it?

My competence in making a good jollof rice 😂 . It was not the same.

I missed something 😭😭

It taught a lot about COMPETENCE

Competence is the ability to be very good and the same at what you do regardless of the season and circumstances.

Competence will make people come to you no matter their distance.

Competence will simplify your value and increase your demand in your field.

Competence also make you stand out among your competitors.

You need competence to be different in your field.

Competent people are sought-after because they have irreplaceable value and they don't change on what you do rather they increase to deliver more value.

Build competence to grow your influence.

HOW TO KNOW IF YOUR GIFT IS RELEVANT IN OUR WORLD

So many of us are gifted with great potential that are yet untapped but the problem we all have is knowing how to match our gift to solve today's problem.

As the world is evolving daily,you need to understand how the system of the world work and how your gift will play a major role in solving problems.

To know if your gift is relevant in today's world, Do a check on four area:

1. WHAT PROBLEM CAN MY GIFT SOLVE :

A gift is a pointer to an existing problem or non existing one. To know if your gift is relevant, it begins with you identifying what problem it can solve.

2. WHO NEED YOUR GIFT:

The truth is that your gift cannot solve everybody's problem. There are certain group of people your gift is designed to solve their problem. Identify your audience.

3. WHAT IS MY CREATIVE EDGE :

Your creative edge is what brand you and the problem you're solving. To test if your gift is relevant, know your creative advantage.

4. BUILD COMPETENCE :

You want to have repeated business around the things you do, be competent with it.

Competence is a voice that announce your uniqueness and stand you out.

WHAT I WANT FROM HER

Hmm!! We want to know.

Hahaha 😂 😂

Okay, there are certain things I always look out for in any relationship with a lady.

We all have our choice to make so this is my choice when choosing her.

I'm not a dramatic person 😂. I'm just me and Calm with the things I do.
So I'm literally going to share my thoughts especially what I want from her.

Let's go:

1. PATIENCE:

A woman who will be patient with me. A woman who understand the power of process and becoming.

I might be an impatient person most often but one of the big things I want to see in a woman is her patience. She see the future and understand where we are going regardless, she will be willing to slow down until we get there.

2. PEACE:

Peace is much of a great value to me as a person.
Everything grows in the presence of Peace.
A woman of peace is a valuable Woman.

One thing that is common among men is peace. Every man want a woman who will give him peace at home.

3. SUPPORT

If you find a woman who support your aspirations and goals,you have a treasure.

Every man is looking for a backbone; a woman who will support what he believes and stand for.

4. CONNECTIVITY:

You can't connect with her then know nothing is going to work out between the two of you.

There is something that should bond you two beyond sexual intercourse. When you are not having sex, what bond you two together. You need connection.

Meanwhile, Stay sexually pure in your relationship

Buying this book was funny to some people because people think it is just those motivational writers who want to write a book and make money.

Yes, everyone have their right to say what they want because we have seen the present but the question I keep asking,"WHAT ABOUT THE FUTURE"

The concept of this book is amazing.

It's a futuristic thought.

I was stunned reading the introduction on how we Nigerians don't value what we have. Others see the treasure we have but we don't see anything.

What we see is what we will get

We can't build a better Nation until we learn to see right - Perspective and it is called the LAW OF MIRROR.

Recently, I saw a Nigerian movie called UP NORTH. it was an interesting one which the major acting locations is Lagos State and Bauchi State. It was a lot of inspiration for me while seeing this movie but seeing the beautiful place in bauchi captured my attention on how we possibly increase our tourist sector on those area and also help us generate more revenue to strengthen the State and Nation's Economy.

Maybe because we Nigerian don't value our History and God given nature to us. This is what makes us Nigerians and Africans - Our culture.

We travel to Dubai to see Dubai desert because they have place value on it and also expanded it for everyone to value.

The truth is, we can become what we see and Believe. It is a mind restructuring and modeling.

We expand our problems without working on a better way to do it right.

There is a lot we can do if we understand our Collective responsibility.

We are not doomed
We are raising
We are becoming

It is a process but it will happen

WHAT DO I DO WITH INFLUENCE?

This is a very important question you must ask yourself if you want to lead a large number of people.

Many times, we wait for an opportunity to show up before we begin to prepare and engage ourselves.

Leadership is influence.

To be Influential is to become a voice that people listen and pay attention to.

Social Media have given us a platform that amplify our voice and opportunity to reach large audience so my question to you is

"What do you do with your influence?"

1. BUILD A COMMUNITY AROUND YOUR VOICE:

A community sustain your voice and give you an opportunity to create a long lasting impact that speaks in your absence.

2. BUILD STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS

Influence is sustained with strategic relationship with other influential people.

Everybody you meet have influence over a group of individuals. So that's why you need people.

3. RAISE OTHER INFLUENCERS:

Leader don't maintain followers rather they raise other leaders to become like them.

If you have influence,know you have a sole responsibility to raise other influencers.

Famine are unpleasant season of hardship and Lack. Famine are days of trails and tribulations.

Famine always come unexpectedly but there is something we must do to survive and escape famine.

1. BEFORE FAMINE COMES, SOW THE SEED:

A seed is an access to the future. It is the potential key that opens up the future so to survive in the days of famine, sow the right seed at the right time.

2. BEFORE FAMINE,LEARN MANAGEMENT:

Management is a system of preservation and sustainability. Famine always come to test your management skill with resources and People.

3. BEFORE FAMINE COMES, STORE AND SAVE UP:

To store and save up is for two reasons -

b. for emergency.

If you are going to survive in famine then you must learn the act of storing and saving up.

Before famine, there is always plenty harvest so don't eat your future now

EXPAND YOUR BRAIN(This is my personal story)

Few years back, I never knew the capacity of my Brain until I got involve into what I'm about to teach.
I had series of failures that caused me to begin to doubt myself, ability and strength.

it was not encouraging but I had to keep pushing. At some point, I never saw myself valuable. it actually cost me so much until I came across a quote by Dr. john C Maxwell,he said, "You don't know what you can do until you try"

I took a step to do something I have never done before. write a book
Many writer know writing is not easy even when it is a gift. it takes a lot of energy from the brain to write.
At the point I began the journey as a writer, I discovered that there are a lot I can do if i can only expand my Brain.

I started to read quality information that will enable me think right because I have a creative mind so my Brain functions well when I think on something. While I think, I try to see the possibility and outcome to get a good result.

Your brain can do so much but the only limitations you have is that you don't expand your Brain with right information that will push you to your desired future.

I know many of us are yet to understand the power of social media. It is not only a place you socialize with people but a place of mental Transformation.

Let me teach you how your mind work.
Your mind work through words and images. First,it begins with words before a concept.

The moment you keep processing those words,it changes into a concept in your mind then transform itself into images so you start to see your words in a pictorial form.

Don't ever joke with Words because it is a seed being planted into your life.

The words you hear changes your belief system and the way you act everyday

So social Media is designed in words and Images.

It might be in form of videos, music or pictures but they are transporting ideas and thoughts into your mind so it changes your thinking.

The media is a powerful system both in the kingdom of light and darkness.

The kingdom of darkness understood that it is a medium to control the thinking system of people so they use crazy pictures and video to destroy the thoughts.

Whatever your eye can see,it send it into your mind to process into your life.

Many young people don't understand the power of social Media.

That's why all my social Media platform are dedicated to changing and transformation of lives.
You can reach millions of people from where you are.
You don't need to travel to change lives. You can do that from where you are with your smartphone.
Social media is a mind control system that regulate the way people think and Act.

Social media is the fastest way this generation learn.
It is not about your popularity but how many lives are transform through your platform.

This is my mindset so whatever i put out on my social media either WhatsApp,Facebook,Instagram and YouTube,it always seek to bring transformation and the end is to bring glory to God.

I'm not on social media to meet with People but i'm on social media to change the mind of people.
Behind what i do on social media,my goal and focus is kingdom come through the media.

Social Media is my pulpit to share my faith in Christ,promote value and bring transformation in the mind of People.

The Gap between Africa especially Nigeria and World leading Nations like USA,Japan and China is "Leadership Structure"

Leadership Structure of a nation determines the success of the nation.
Every leadership Structure focus on the development of the people and future of the nation.

Leadership Structure also focus on the mindset of the leader.
Leadership structure on service rather than position.

Leadership Structure focus on the heart.

Leadership Structure look beyond religion.

Leadership Structure focus on developing the people to build the nation

Leadership Structure focus on letting people see the reality of the nation

Leadership Structure focus on vision


Leadership Structure focus on building the right system that preserve the nation

Leadership Structure focus on developing the right culture that the nation will live by.

If Nigeria will rise again,we need a structure that support good leadership.

It begins from our homes down to our schools before it will finally get to the society.

The first Place every child observe leadership is their home.
Parents should teach and model good leadership
Schools should teach students what leadership is all about.

Book of Titus is one book in the bible that has taught me a lot about "Leadership". I recommend every leader should read all the chapters of Titus.

Leadership Structure is not a Prayer but a Mind shift.

Again,A new Nigeria is possible if we all learn to work together regardless of belief system,culture and religion.

Mr President cannot build Nigeria alone. The job of Mr President is to create a suitable environment that give people opportunity to thrive and become better so New Nigeria begin from you and I

First,changing the way we see Nigeria.

Our view point changes
Accepting other people's culture while we focus on growing ourselves and Nation.

Secondly,we must learn to accept responsibility as a good citizen. Not leaving it on Politicians

Every Nigerian have a role to play in making Nigeria
become better.

Money 💵 is very important because Bible says it is a defense. Money can do a lot for man on earth but young people think that their value is measured in Naria or Dollars so they hustle to earn money.
There are two basic reasons every individual needs money
1. For time redemption
2. For efficiency toward your purpose and goal.

A business can only function well when there is enough cash flow that sustains the business. You can't do business when your revenue doesn't increase or when you don't have money to keep putting the best of your products to your customers.

I will begin with a popular saying that goes, "if you want to hide anything from any African man,hide it in a book" Why? because most Africans don't love reading. Reading is not the culture of Africans so many times,Africans lose because they don't have the right knowledge.

Your level of your maturity is not measured in age but your way of thinking through daily experience. You can be old but not matured so knowledge is the answer.

2. IT GIVES YOU NEW PERSPECTIVE:

How far and fast you can travel in destiny is determined by what you know; what you know determine what you do; what you do determine what you get so there must be something you know to move forward.

3. IT EXPAND YOUR MIND:

Your mind is like a rubber that is flexible,elastic and can adapt any form when you stretch it. knowledge is the stretcher you need to expand your mind and think rightful.

4. IT SHOWS YOU NEW WAYS TO DO THINGS:

Where you are now is what you did yesterday but where you will be tomorrow is what you will do today intentionally so knowledge will give new ways to do things.

if you want to be innovative and creative, seek knowledge. knowledge will open up your mind to new possibilities you have never seen before and how to tap into it.

New strategies requires new knowledge. You can't do the same thing over again and expect a different result. You need strategy so knowledge is the key.

POWER IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST

Matthew 28:18
Then Jesus came to them and said, “ All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me" .
This is the revelation of the name "Jesus Christ"
The name of Jesus Christ is not a name but an office that control every other name. All power reside in that name

Every believer who is born again has every right to the name "Jesus Christ" because it is our birthright through the sacrifice of the his son.
I walk with that consciousness that i'm not alone. I have been given a name above every other name on earth.

Again,i have the life of Christ in me. That's what the word said in " 1 John 4:4 - But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won your fight with these false prophets, because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world."
When you call the name Jesus Christ,You are evoking power from the office of Christ to save you.

Acts 4:12 - There is salvation in no one else! There is no other name in all of heaven for people to call on to save them."

You need the name Jesus Christ to command power and authority over darkness.

Every child of God listen to me,you need two things to run on earth:
1. Understanding what you have
2. Knowing how to use it to command victory.

Eph 1:3 - How we praise God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we belong to Christ.

You have been blessed with every blessing you need but you need understanding to activate it so that it can begin to work in your life.
So this is a short charge i felt in my spirit to share with you.

You have the key at your doorstep now
The name of Jesus Christ is the key to all possibilities.

HOW TO MAXIMIZE YOUR SEASON

One of the great things God really taught me in 2022 is how to maximize my seasons. He actually use people,instruction and his words to teach me how to maximize season.
Everything in life is tied to times and seasons.
For me as individual especially in my walk with God,I know a season is about to open through:

1. A knowing in my spirit.
2. My Current dealing with God.
3 An instruction from God.

These are how to know when a season is ending and another is beginning..
when i knew that God will have me raise different kinds of people in leadership across politics,business, academic,family life, art and all sort so then what did I do?
I asked myself this question, "HOW WILL I COMMUNICATE MY IDEAS AND THOUGHT TO THESE KINDS OF PEOPLE?" So I said myself " I have understudy their lifestyle and belief system. I started looking out for mentors and coaches across different field of life to learn from them.

This is the journey I am still on now.

I know some years ago that my purpose for coming to university wasn't only to learn on a specific career but to prepare me for the seasons ahead of again.

I diligently sat myself down to learn with God. I have never enter any season God has brought me into without a knowing.
So to maximize your season,you need :

1. A REVELATION OF YOUR TODAY AND TOMORROW:
You can't maximize your season without a revelation or knowing of the season you're in or probably the season you will step into. Revelation comes through discernment. You must discern season in your spirit man to maximize your season.

2. UNDERSTAND THE PRICE YOU NEED PAY:
Season do not come without a price to pay. Every season God brings a man into,there is always something he has to do utilize that season and for the season to accomplish its purpose.

3. DO IT DILIGENTLY AND INTENTIONALLY:
The final thing you do to maximize your season is be intentional and do everything with all diligence even when no one is there to watch. Learn to walk alone. Learn to shut down something. Don't be too busy to forget your training seasons. Do not play with each season.

Season come and go so you must be watchful not neglect your preparation for your next level in life.

MAKING YOUR NEW YEAR COUNT

So, I know many of us will be making new year resolution pertaining on how we want the year to turn out for us.
we can't really predict the future but one thing we have the power to do is to sharp our future.
I will share few things you can do to make your 2023 count for you.

1. IDENTIFY THE COURSE OF YOUR LIFE:

To identity the course of your life,you have know what do you want to live for in 2023. knowing the course of your life next year will give you focus and direction.

2. KNOW YOUR PRIORITIES:

what is most important to life in 2023. You can't sharp your 2023 until you know what your priorities are.

3. PLAN ACCORDING TO THE COURSE OF YOUR LIFE AND PRIORITIES:

The best way to sharp your 2023 is strategic planning yourself according to your life mission and priorities. let everything you do next year in line with your priority and life mission.

4. UNDERSTAND THE WILL OF GOD PER TIME:

Knowing the will of God for your life will save you from mistake and error you might encounter on your journey. always follow his will per time and hour.

CREATING THE CHANGE YOU WANT.

There are two dimensions of change every individual or organization must undergo to be counted as real change
1. Internal Change
2. External Change

The first dimension of change is called "INTERNAL CHANGE" happens within yourself. No change can happen to an individual or organization without you internalizing it.

Internal Change has to do with finding the root problem, creating the desire the change within yourself.

it can begin with the change of ideologies,values and perspective to how you view thing around you. it can be growing yourself to the level you want. Most people do not understand the power of internal change. Focus more on your inside to birth outside.

The second dimension of change is called "EXTERNAL CHANGE". it has to do with restructuring and systematic change to accommodate your internal change.

System and structure is what bring your result and create the outcome. A individual or organization without a system and structure is on its way to crashing down. System and structure control your activities. it protect the management of time and resources. it create balance.

So these are how you can create the change you want.

ROADMAP TO MASTERING 2023

Less than Twenty two (22) more days to 2023 and I know a lot of us are not ready yet. Maybe some have started making plans for 2023.
A wiseman said, "when you fail to plan,you have planned to fail." so I will be doing a little introduction on the roadmap to mastering 2023
Remember, you can't predict the future but you can shape your future by what you do now.
To Master 2023,there are certain things you must do:

1. DIFFERENTIATE YOUR DESIRE AND GOALS:

A lot of us do not know the difference between a goal and desire. In a simple term,a desire is what you want and a goal is breakdown planned steps which can lead to achieving your desire. what define a goal is the ability to be specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time bound but a Desire stop at the realms of Passion without strategic steps to follow through so in 2023, define and differentiate your desire and goals.

2. IDENTIFY HABIT YOU NEED:

Dr. mike Murdock said, " Your future is hidden in your daily routine". Routine is relevant because of the potential to design your future. Routines are habit, habits are lifestyle and lifestyle is your future. To master 2023,identify the habits you need to create your future.

3. KNOW WHAT DID NOT WORK AND PLAN TO DO IT DIFFERENTLY:

Failure happens because you missed out something you need mostly. You might not get it right this year but identifying what pothole you missed and it is important to breakthrough in 2023. Decide to do it differently.

4. BE VALUABLE AND ADD VALUE:

The world celebrate Value Creator. You cannot make 2023 great until you learnt to be valuable and consistently add value to your world. value command attention and bring influence. Your level of value determine the attention you draw to yourself . Be valuable.

5. FIND GOD:

2023 is useless without God. God is the foundation of the earth. he owe everything to himself so if you must master 2023,find God
he is the sure way to making 2023 count for you.
Never neglect God on your journey in 2023. You must submit your will to him and allow him direct your footsteps.

POWER OF CONSECRATION

The power of God do not flow on an unconsecrated vessel but a consecrated vessel.

There are two things God gives to an individual who walk with him and want to bring his glory on earth:

1. A covenant
2. A Consecration

A covenant is an unbroken agreement between two individual so when a covenant is made, the two part is committed to keeping.

A man make a covenant with God,he commits God into it.

A consecration is a separation process that activate and keep the flowing of the power of God at work in an individual.

One thing you must understand is that you cannot walk with God without a Covenant and Consecration.

Today,I want to talk to us about the power of Consecration because a lot young believer don't understand why they need to be Consecrated daily and keep being Consecrated.

First, you need to understand that every man's Consecration is different depending on the level of their walk and intimacy with God.

Secondly, You need to understand that everyone have roles to play to keep their Consecration.

Before the glory of God came down at the Mount Sinai in Exodus 19:16
Reading the previous verses, you will understand God gave me an instruction in verse 10 to go and Consecrate themselves because God dwell in a life that is full of Consecration.
A lot of us want to experience a dimension of God's glory that our generation have never seen before but we neglect the place of Consecration.

Many times, your Consecration come through simple instruction or burdens from God but you neglect it.
You cannot walk in the power of holy spirit if you don't understand the place of Consecration and Continue to serve it.

Anointing flow through Consecration.
Power flows through Consecration.
Authority and influence flow through Consecration.

One thing that Consecration does is to make you yielded and broken vessel before God.
God uses broken men to express his glory on earth.

In the days to come,you need more than a speech to command power.
You need high level Consecration from God.

Who is a leader?
what is leadership.

I began my journey of leadership with the mindset that leadership is a position you occupy so without position,I'm not a leader.

For many years,I grown up with that mindset about Leadership but something change which I want to share it with you today.

Remember I started with a question "who is a leader and what is Leadership?

Leadership and a leader are two different thing. You will first be a leader before you can emerge into leadership.

Leadership is the make up of our humanity. It is the composition of our design. So if you're not expressing the leadership in you,you're not living out your full potential.

What is Leadership?

Leadership is not a title nor a position but the capacity to influence people through passion Inspired by a vision,ignited through a purpose. When Leadership do not have three component: passion,vision and purpose,it is not Leadership.

Who is a leader?
A leader is an individual who inspire people with a vision and purpose.

Leadership make the leader more Effective to lead well.

You're not a leader until you have a vision and purpose that drives the affairs of your life.

I know my people may think,because I do not have a position yet so I can't lead. A man who has vision has the ability to influence others.

Vision is what makes a leader capable to influence others.

People follow leaders because of their vision. Every leaders' vision is people oriented.

They always see themselves in the vision of the leader so they follow to become who they want to be.

Leadership is a platform to express your vision and purpose as a leader

I'm a kind of person that Loves to stay off from people because I was very shy. I'm not a socialist so I hardly relate with people. I love staying on my own space but when it occurred to me that I will never become my best if I keep staying in myself; and I need come out of my shell. Leadership is about human relationship.

Yes,It was a big struggle for me but I had to be intentional to become the best version of myself each day.

Growth in Leadership requires intentionality. You must be intentional to grow to grow others. That is what leadership demands.

Each time I had the opportunity to talk and relate with people,I do it with passion because i needed to leave my Shell and become leader in me.

My shell was a very comfortable place but not the best place to stay.

Intentionality is a decision to move Forward regardless of the roadblock.

Perfectionist are people who practice consistently because in practicing lies the power of excellence and mastery at what they do

You can become more when you practice consistently.

What I'm going to share tonight are strategies to build your team and have successful exploit in Leadership.

If you want to experience success in Leadership,you must understand the place of teamwork.

▶ Strategy one : Value your Teammate

You cannot really experience growth in Leadership if you disregard your teammate.
Believe in everyone of them.

Value helps you to build potential in others. Leaders are people who place value on others.

▶ Strategy Two: Be vocal in letting your teammate know you need them

Leadership is about inspiring others to grow upward. But how do you do that?
People want to feel significant so one way you do that is to always let your teammate know how important they are to you.

Great leaders are always vocal to let their team know that they are relevance.

▶ Strategy Three: Understand the strength and weakness of your teammate

Your teammate can only function best at their strength. Knowing their strength and weakness helps you know how good they can be at a specific Job and what they can't do..

▶ Strategy four: Periodical Self evaluation on your teammate

The true success of your Leadership is how far you've grown others. Self evaluation know the level of their productivity and mental shift..

You must periodical evaluate their growth level.

These are four strategies to grow your team and build a successful leadership.
