Keystone Bank is a full service commercial bank currently owned by Sigma Golf River Bank Consortium after being acquired from the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) in 2017. It was granted banking license on August 5, 2011, by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). The Bank has met and exceeded all capital adequacy requirements of the CBN and assumed the deposit liabilities, certain other liabilities and assets of former Bank PHB Plc, following the revocation of the erstwhile bank’s operating License by the CBN.

We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

1. Job Title: Customer Service/Front Desk Officers

Location : Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt & Warri

Job Description

– Receiving inbound calls and ensuring first time resolution.

– Making outbound calls to get feedback from passengers(at least 100 calls).

– Filing of passenger manifest for reference purposes.

– Handling customers’ issues via calls, social media,e-mails,

Applicant should:

– not be more than 30 years of age

– be able to communicate fluently in the English Language. (knowledge of a Nigerian language will be an added advantage).

Educational Qualification/Relevant Experience:

– A Bachelor’s degree/ HND in any related discipline

– 0-2 years work experience.

Candidate should be:

– Outspoken.

– Confident.

– Self motivated.

– Goal oriented.

– Able to work with a team.

Nope. We aren’t going to be in the same batch. The success mail I got stated that the training school will be done in batches but we that were successful with the first batch of interview will be in the ‘subsequent batch’ I.e the next batch. Those yet to be interviewed will fall in the other batches after ours

I honestly don't know. But it's possible that there will be another batch. Remain hopeful while you continue with your 'hustle'.

People in Ph had their interview on Saturday in GRA. There are others that wrote the test in Ph and got invited for interview in Lagos. They are waiting for the new date due to the postponement of the initial Lagos date.

If you are EGDP, I guess they've already picked the ones they want to pick for interview but for EMDP, no mails yet for anyone so probably next week the mails will be sent

The test had 3 sections, numerical, verbal and critical/analytical
section. Each section had 20 questions. In total, you have 60 questions to be answered in 50mins
