I tried to track my order tonight and to my great shock, my package could not be found. Eager for monday to come so that I can wreck their phone lines with calls.

What website did u use in tracking?

I Open my email using google chrome, then i open d last mail I got from jumia from there, you will see ((check order details)) and ((track order)) you then click on track order. It will show you where the phone is. It also depends on the type of phone u are using. I couldn't track with tecno Y2.
