Thanks a bunch for your replies, they have really been helpful.

I have been able to get the maintenance funds into my account today after some bank iss. so unfortunately i have to begin the 28 days count.

Kindly confirm which day would be okay to confirm my visa application and make payments.

Also i would have to use the priority service and i do not want to make a mistake, cos i read somewhere that i cannot apply for priority once i have submitted my application.

How do i go about this?

Question 1: How long do you intend to stay in the UK
(Actually my program is 17months, but i learnt bout dis extra 4months, so i'ld like to know if my answer to the above question should be 17months or 21months)

Question 2: What is the address of where you will be staying whilst in the UK?
(According to the info i gathered, it is often cheaper to live off-campus moreso, university owned apartments seem to bind occupants to a year contract amongst other reason. so i am thinking of staying off-campus, which address do i provide to the above question, and also if asked during the interview, wah will be the most logical answer to give?)

That is a different case entirely, you don't need any reference letter from Nigerian bank to open an account here. Money transfer is a different case. I guess you need to talk to your bank before leaving for the UK

About wrapping up my application. Just a few more questions. Just dont want any errors.

1. I set my arrival date as 2nd January. Hope this doesnt mean i can't travel b4 that date once i get my visa?

2. There is a part on the Tier 4 section where it says " please provide details on how you have been accessed as a sponsor"

3. My elder sister is sponsoring me, would it be right to use her bann statements or do i have to move funds. Plus she is based in the uk

One more thing, once am done filling the application form can i save without having to make any payment immediately. Also can my elder sis make the payment on my behalf from the UK? For both Ihs and Visa

Also did you make your application via the UKBA website or TLS website. I saw the info on the IHS payment £150. Did you pay for that first before you continued your application?

am in India presently,and for those planing to come to india for IT course,i will advice you guys to learn that in Nigeria. because here,the corruption here in india is worst than the corruption in Nigeria. they only teach basic things for Nigerian students, they hardly do practicals for foreign students. IT course here in India is just 3years,and in 2years of your study they will advice you to buy a result which is very bad. they show the real thing in IT course to india students and they mostly advice Nigerians to buy a certificate.. most Nigerian student studying IT in india are not learning the real thing they only learn the basic things.
secondly,few of India's are friendly to Nigeria they are friendly with us because they know we are rich. some Nigerians rent an apartment is some areas in 20.000 rupees which the locals can't afford.
Thirdly Indians can't offer Nigerians job,its business Nigerians here are doing which means Nigeria here are still spending Money from home or except if you're smart and have initiative,you cam get money from yahoo work..
living and feeding expenses is not really easy here in india. its easy for those that are doing business from Nigeria like sending of goods and african food stuff and yahoo work. But without that,there's no way you can make your money here in Incredible India.

I did a TB Test around June/ July while I was processing one school but at the end of the day something happened and I had to drop the school. so now I have a new school and I'm applying next week, is it advisable to use that same TB test been that it will expire next month?

PS: I used the other school address on it.
