You are saying something different. Am not talking about the content of the book. Am talking about believing without facts that 7 century people compiled the exact message (no addition no subtraction) of Mohammad correctly given the limitations at that time.

And I have been thinking lately, why are muslims made to believe that a book made by humans in the 7th century is 100% correct. And why is the book trying so hard to validate itself. And why was statement like We sent this book .... and all that written. Allah and who?

I am not here to argue that the quran is or not the word of God. But some things absolutely makes no sense to me. It is easy to memorize when you already have a copy to memorize from. But saying people memorize all 6000+ verses perfectly when it was given to them orally in the 7th century is illogical. Why did they have to compile from some that were written on animal skin? The compiler could as well taken it from his own memory.

Since we all know that, why not we look for ways to grow it so that we can be considered at par with Indians, Pakistanis and others? Instead of to be bragging about who's the best programmer.

You hardly go to a serious programming forum and see these kind of issues being discussed.

Nairaland is a very good platform that we can use to grow the software industry in Nigeria. A lot of Nigerian youths visits these site.We could be posting challenges and organizing competitions on algorithms that can make the very smart Nigerians to become interested in programming.

That is one of the ways we can have serious open source projects out of Nigeria in the future and gain our global recognition just like the Indians. Believe me bro these can solve future unemployment in these country.

So bro, let's forget about who is best and who is not.

@op, there is no short cut to git. Git, is a tool you have to spend your time with to master. How about picking a free eBook or a YouTube video and learn.

You can even sacrifice a whole day to get the basic then with time you master it. Git is very important that you are really not employable on the international level without you knowing how to use it these days. So bro, it is worth the sacrifice.

It initially looks hard but over time you will find it very easy to work with. One more thing, as you are learning git, learn from the terminal first before transitioning to your ide git features.

Mediocrity is all I see on nairaland these days. Am yet to see a Nigerian programmer of international standard.

What have we done to even deserve to be called programmers, those with 75 languages and those with 1. How many top open source projects projects, like angular, react, gulp, hapijs, laravel, docker do we have nairalanders contributing to.

It pains me so much when I see people bragging about programming abilities when they have nothing to show for it.

Please Nigerian software development industry is still at the infancy level.

I have done integrations with remita before but was on java, most of the dynamic parameters you have to pass are URL params, things like authtokens, access key etc. Remember before you start any transaction, you need to ask for a token first.

Then you use that token as part of the URL path params in subsequent calls.

Anyway, I have to admit that the way the guys at system specs did that remita rest api, is confusing. Don't know why they decided to do most of the dynamic parameter stuffs as place holders on the URL string.

A simple url with dynamic variables as post body would have been easier to integrate for most developers these days, after all what you still issue is a post request

So bro, make sure the specific url you are trying to access is constructed with the right parameters.
