If you are addicted, and you decide to make prayer and the Word a lifestyle, it won't take time, porn will look so unattractive to you. You will come out and see immorality in the day (in the form of indecent dressing), and you won't but moved. Why? Fire is now burning within you. How? Because you have given yourself to a lifestyle of prayer and the Word
Meanwhile, for those of you who are born again, and porn doesn't disturb your spirit man , in other words, you are not even crying out for help, you watch it and feel okay, then, you need to question your "born again". Something definitely is wrong with your born again

Just apply those two principles above - a lifestyle of prayer and the Word
Lifestyle means an everyday thing, not a twice a week or thrice a week thing. Make prayer and the Word a lifestyle and watch how sin becomes so disgusting in no distant time

Well, this is not the first time I do have such dream, the most painful part is that after this dream , I will always have a negative event or bad luck, or entering into one problem, now this dream has it's uniqueness, I will see myself on an exam setting, is either I don't finish or what I wrote will clean up or I will do a very big mistake maybe writing where I'm not suppose to write then if I ask for a new sheet the next thing is that the exam will end leaving me in frustration then what pains me most is that after that I will notice that I'm about to mess my self up that's getting wet, and I'm always aware of such so I will get up quickly to the bathroom so that I won't mess myself up, sometimes I do mess my self up, this is not a case of wet dreams but it always end with such. I'm just confused. God did delivered me from the spirit of lost, you know how someone grows with some bad habits but with the grace of God I have been able to be strong in the Lord, and also I'm having a poor academic performance, not that bad, but it's nothing compared to my expectations and what others around me thinks who I supposed to be.

It seems the lecturer taking thermodynamics in your school is wicked , because THERMODYNAMICS at 200L is nothing to be compare to MECHANICS and even FLUID MECHANICS ....THERMO is very interesting in 200L is very interesting...



I WILL ADVICE YOU TO BE VERY SMART BECAUSE MOST TIMES IS NOT ABOUT HOW FAR U HAVE READ , ITS HOW SMART U READ ... IF I WANT TO STARTS RECOMMENDING TEXTS FOR , U WILL BE CLNFUSED, BECAUSE, THE THERMO I DID IN 300L( Chemical engineering) is quite difficult than that of the general engineering in 200L, which is just the basics, same to the mechanical students and Civil engineering ...don't panic about thermo in 200L, there is no big deal about it , maybe they were refering to that of 300L , because the most tasking course in 200L Engineering is Engineering Mechanics and Drawings.....In any ways..I WILL ADVICE U TO STUDY THE LECTURER CLOSELY AND KNOW THE "MATERIALS" HE IS USING THATS THE BEST WAY U CAN HIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD AND GET an A in Thermo ... First semester Thermo is cheap and sweet , also second semester is still not tasking the way u describe it...it all depends on the lecturer taking it , some of them will just want to make a course difficult...buy take my advice above...it has conquered many sadists...because most of them are lazy , they only lift tough questions from various texts books , as such if u have not seen the questions before , it becomes difficult...

Good day everyone, I must say this is my first time posting something related to my academics, I know from the subject title, those people that have come across this must have know the reasons for this post.
I'm an Engineering student of one the universities in Nigeria, department of Civil engineering, just finished with first year. Moving to second year.
I have been hearing about this course " Thermodynamics ", during our induction ceremony, some of our seniors then, were just like "when Thermo gham you ehh"
Even when I have a family member that's currently 400l mechanical engineering, the guy is that type that don't talk much, even when he told me about how difficult the course is, he not that type that will give you some helpful secrets on how to pass it well. I just don't know what to do because, I'm even thinking of changing my study pattern because I'm not getting the kind of results I do picture in my mind.
Some of my first semester results are out and I'm really not impress, and I believe its not possible to do the same thing and expect a different result.
That's why I'm here, I'm pleading please if there is any word of advice, any recommended text book that will help me gain a good and standard knowledge of that course + my reading/study pattern.
Please help a young and ignorant brother �.

Sometime ago, I heard the story of some rebellious children who wanted to drive somewhere, perhaps for revelry or for some aimless and reckless socialization. Their mother said to them, ‘Children, may the Lord go with you.’ And one of them replied, ‘mother, there is no space for God in the car anymore, we have occupied all the seats, maybe God can find a space in the car boot.’ What a reckless and blasphemous utterance!
Shortly after they moved, they had a fatal accident that claimed all their lives. But surprisingly, the car boot where God was meant to occupy, according to them, was unscratched including the crates of eggs that were there, none of the eggs was broken by the impact of the crash. Incredible!
Beloved, whatever pushes you against God, church or a genuine servant of God is a setup for damnation. Nothing finishes a person fast like the lack of fear or reverence for God (Proverbs 10:26).It is the bankruptcy of the fear of God that can make a pastor lie on the altar; it is the scarcity of the fear of God that can make a church worker steal from the offering box; it is the lack of the fear of God that can make a believer dupe another believer in the name of doing business; it is the bankruptcy of that fear for God that makes a person leave church at the end of service and proceed to an alcoholic centre or pub to drink himself to stupor. It is the lack of reverence for God that makes a person to proceed to the house of a man or a woman to commit immorality even after Sunday service.
Please, never take God’s mercy for granted so you don’t end up grounded in life and wasted for eternity.
But you shall make it, in Jesus’ Name.
