you are right dear. Why do you think those portions are bad? Poor drainages? Do you expect federal government to come and do drainages in ph? I live in ph too. Tell me why Wike has not complained about oyigbo road that federal government has abandoned it? GEJ awarded that road in 2013-2014. #17B was collected by a company and used for PDP campaign through Wike and Amaechi raised the alarm then. Wike should build good drainages same way Amaechi did. He can't be building shallow drainages and expect it not to be blocked in few weeks in ph.

If the program is not free, pay for it get evidence of payment and invitation letter. Show them u have a great job and u are coming back to continue. If u are not self employed get your boss to write an introductory letter to the embassy telling them when you intend to go and the dates you are coming back. Get your flight itinerary and accommodation, statement of account, including ur sponsor's statement of account and prove that he's legally leaving in the US. Good luck bro. I've never been rejected visa application because I always have a reason to travel. If you don't have reason to travel and evidence that you are coming back.

Medical Care

The treatment of epidermolysis bullosa (EB) is primarily preventive and supportive. Once blistering has occurred, the blister should be punctured with a sterile needle or a blade. This may prevent the accumulation of fluid and pressure and may thus prevent the blister from extending. Complete and gentle drainage of the fluid, accomplished by leaving the roof of the blister intact and by covering the affected area with white petrolatum–impregnated gauze, helps to promote an environment most optimal for healing. If the blister repeatedly refills with fluid, it should be drained several times.

Open wounds should be covered with nonadherent dressings such as petrolatum-impregnated gauze, hydrogels, fenestrated silicone dressings or absorbent foam silicone dressings. Tape and any significant pressure to the skin must be avoided. Dressings can be held in place with rolled gauze (such as Kerlix), with tape applied only to the dressing itself or by stockinette (such as Surgifix or Spandage).

Some authors recommend daily application of polymyxin, bacitracin, or silver sulfadiazine topical ointments to treat open or partially healed wounds, which should be covered with petrolatum-impregnated gauze or nonadherent synthetic dressing. Gentamicin soaks (480 mg/L saline), acetic acid soaks (white vinegar), and the addition of small amounts of bleach to the bath water (eg, 1/8 cup per full tub) have been used to decrease the overgrowth of pseudomonas and staphylococcal organisms.

Corrective gene therapy is the ideal therapy for epidermolysis bullosa, but much more research is required before it can be developed and used in clinical practice. Cell-based therapies using fibroblasts and bone marrow cells have attracted considerable attention

The only truth in this report is one person was killed. I am saying this with authority. Ayangba is my home town. Born and bred in AY. Back to the matter, he has been terrorising Agwudoko area of Ayangba since he became the leader of APC thugs (not APC youth leader). His reason for terrorising Agwudoko is simply because the killer (PDP thug member) oppressed him when PDP was in power. He (PDP thug member) knelt him down in public and bathed him with several bottles of beer. So, now APC is in charge and he's the thug leader in ayangba. He has come to the PDP thug member's home (Agwudoko area) on several occasions trying to either humiliate him or kill him until they finally met yesterday. The APC thug leader came with his boys and shot the PDP thug members sister on the leg which angered the killer (PDP thug member) who said one person must die. It's either they kill him or he kills them and he succeeded in killing their leader before the rest took off. The issue of unknown killer is false.

no one will blame PDP or GEJ. The problem is from Nkpolu road which is a state road built by Mr project without proper drainage system. The drainage is so shallow.

I live in PH. There's nothing wrong with the federal road (east-west road) but the nkpolu road has no good drainage channel. Nkpolu is a trunk B (state) road. So leave federal government alone. When all ikwerre houses are on canals. All roads built by amaechi have good drainage system except the ones built by Mr project.

The National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Prince Uche Secondus has said that it's unfortunate that Senate minority leader Senator Godswill Apkabio chose to walk against the tide to endanger his fine political career.

Prince Secondus said that he finds it very strange that anybody would go into a sinking ship at a time every other person is finding their way out of it.

A statement from the National Chairman's media office signed by the media adviser, Ike Abonyi said that whatever caused Akpabio's action must have been for self preservation and not borne out of any rational strategic political decision.

The National Chairman said that Senator Akpabio's decision does not enjoy the blessing of the people of Akwa Ibom whose mandate he enjoyed for eight years as state governor and nearly four years now as a senator.

" I cannot fathom any reason why on earth Senator Akpabio should work against the tide, moving at opposite direction to a place every reasonable persons are escaping from.

"He deserves our pity because whatever would make somebody to chose bad for good is clearly one that he should be prayed for for salvation especially given the fact that wolves are waiting for his arrival to devour him.

"How on earth can anybody who has his eyes wide open be seen walking into danger knowingly.

Prince Secondus lashed out at the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, for arm twisting and intimidating people into their drowning boat ostensibly to ruin and disintegrate the person involved.

He called on the people of Akwa Ibom to be wise and know when to turn their back from a leader directing them to danger.

" I urge you to remain focused and continue to give support to your hard working governor His Excellency Emmanuel Udom as he remains unrelenting in the delivering of democracy to the people.

The National Chairman said that Nigerians have long turned their back on the APC after it became manifest that it has nothing good to offer.

He said that the mission to save our democracy and rescue our country is already on track and no amount of coercion and threat will change what God has already endorsed.

Finally, Prince Secondus declared that the PDP rescue train has since left the station and picking democrats along for the 2019 final destination as he urged remaining democrats still in APC to make haste and join the winning team in a rebranded and repositioned political platform.
