When you Plugin the charger and power it on, it doesn't come up right? When you remove the charger and try to power it on does it come up without the charger?

Fault might not be from the battery that's why I'm asking.
Anyway, I'll advice you take it to good engineer close to you.

if its not on charging it doesnt power on, if i am charging it de charging indicator will show dat it is charging but wont power on

rain touch am so e spoil i come go repair am after repairing it i found out dat de ba3 is dead so i only use it wen i charge it if der is no light it will shut down but yesterday i found out dat if i charge it now and power it it wont on am suspecting de ba3

Charge when it is off and won't charge when it is power on.

Motherboard issue, take it to a good engineer for check up.
