alphadux1: That's the problem with cheap China brands, they are unstable and unreliable with next to zero support available from the manufacturers.
I believe your tab should still be under warranty, you can return it for repairs, shouldn't cost you a dime. If there's a next time, close your eyes and spend the extra on a more reliable brand, you wont regret it.

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ
I need help, my new techno phantom pad fell lightly and has refused to power on since morning. i tried plugging it to a laptop, didn't work either.
The funny thing is it didn't fall
hard and it was in its jacket , we were
surprised it went off in the middle of a
photoshoot
