Some people use 1.1m and 1.3m on Irip depends on ur location,am planning to use 1.3m when money comes to install my Irip.

1.3m will do but if you wish to receive uninterrupted signal, then 1.8 and above is the answer.

IRIB you mean is C-band. Right now 1 metre isn't enough for it. 1.8m and above but it's worth it.
