I have the same with 7A & Ses5. It possible but I understand that it's more about dish and LNB type. For me it works on DSTV 90cm dish but couldn't work on Consat's 1m dish. It varies but it's possible. I use Fuji 2-in-1 and 4-in-1 too. Powerful lnb.

@odilibe and blexxonmak, pls is it possible for me to connect 2 (4x1) diseqc switch together to have up to six ports, cos i have 2 diseqc switch and i want to track more satellite, i dont want to buy (8x1) switch for now.

It's not possible because your Decorder can't command both at the same time. The only option is to run two input cables and interchange them or better buy 8×1 diseq switch, it's in the market for 2k.

It's too childish to think this way. I don't think nairaland is even in top 10 satellite forums in the world, and the so called 24 you talked about is a global beam. So, don't be scared even if nairaland closes tomorrow MTN will still be changing the key like underwear.

Amos 5 has problems from the Satellite, all the vertical channels are off at the moment. No amount of settings you do now will bring them back.

Sports 24 is really tiring. I don’t have much patience for stations like that, changing Keys everyday like underwear. It's crazy.

@Odilibe, the pcr of KTN which u gave to me, after editing it, the channel audio still skip, am using srt 4922A decoder, my decorder pids is like this: vpid= 0100, Apid= 0102, PCrpid= 0100, but it still skip after changing it to one u gave to me

I have said before that the problem may not be the settings but no one cares to try my recommendation. I experienced the same before but as soon as I changed my Ku-Band LNBF to 2-in-1 Fuji it stopped on all the 3 decoders I have namely SRT 4922a, SRT 4950h and Qsat 26g. I currently use 4-in-1 Fuji and it's still as stable as any other channel out there. There is no harm in trial and the Fuji is even better than Strong in reception especially those complaining about TVC Channels.

How can I get a conical-scalar-ring? Any idea should let me know.

Just change your lnb to Fuji 2 in 1 or 4 in 1 Ku-Band LNBF you will give testimony. No skipping, more signal strength. I have 3 decoders in my flat, qsat 26g, srt 4950h, srt 4922a and they are all as stable as any other station in the same setup. Just try it.

You are not doing anything wrong. Infact qsat is more of software than inputting Keys, this means that once you have upgraded, it's ready for powervu stations. Most people don't see Powervu in the CAS in their qsat. I don’t have need to upgrade mine, so I haven't really tested it myself.

No. It only opens steady powervu channels that don't change Keys frequently like MTN. They may released another updated software for that.

It's doesn't have a software yet. Only software available is for 26g and 28g

I guess it should be behind the big aluminum but I suggested a qsat technician because it's not something you can do yourself, in some cases where the replacement chip doesn’t match, the technician will reprogram the chip with a PC before it works. So, bros find yourself a good technician to do that for you.

Use New GMA Network TP 3727 V 5925. On 4922a, try to achieve 80% or more before doing blind scan unless you careless about AXN and Disney. Both of them are currently showing well but you need patient adjustment. Because AXN and Disney's position have slight difference, so it's slightly hard to have both showing together unless you have a jack then no problems, if not then you have to compromise signals of both stations to get them together but it's achievable because I have them together.

The chip is found in the middle of the mother board of the Decorder. The chip is like a processor/hard drive put together, it houses the software of the Decorder. I can't show you pictures because I don't have one available now to show you. I suggest you look for qsat decoder expert technician to do that for you but if you are in Onitsha or Asaba, I can give you phone number for whom to contact for that.

The best you can do is to take your qsat 11g to a specialist to change the chip and insert that of 26g for you. Then update with powervu enabled software for 26g and you are good to go. It costs around 1k to 1.5k in naira to change the chip and your q11g will become q26g. Not many people know this.

So, everyone is now attacking @ManirBK in @Olason's defense for saying his mind. Oh Dear! Eye service is too much in here. Can anyone of you show me any meaningful contribution made by Olason from any of the last 10 pages? I am sure that it won't be the case on his watsapp group. I personally was very vocal about his watsapp group campaign and I have been vindicated because I kept watch and he hasn't said or done any meaningful thing since then. Now, why are you guys attacking someone who is trying to keep this forum against someone who doesn't want to keep it?
