Monday Okpebholo is not even fit to be a councilor of a ward. If not the fact that PDP gave it's ticket to Clifford Ordia for the third term whereas it was agreed that nobody from Edo Central should go to the Senate for more than two terms. Let me tell you another propaganda the just launched. They are now saying that Asue Ighodalo is the founder of PLAN WELL a punzi scheme that defrauded people of Edo in the early and mid 90s.
You can't see APC campaining for their candidate because they don't have anything to campaign with. They are now relying on propaganda and lies.

The latest slogan now in Benin is "we Stand with our Oba: Asue for Governor."

All Commissioners loyal to Wike are to either resign or be fired, all local government chairmen are to vacate their offices after their tenure, sitting of the house of Assembly members have been moved to the Government house, all assembly members are to vacate their official quarters since they are no longer lawmakers.

Thank God the assembly members made the mistake of defecting to APC. That was the day they finished Wike.

I have said it times without numbers that Labour Party candidate is not a contender in the Edo election. He is just trying to test his acceptability.

Yesterday, the whole of Benin City was awashed with the news that the state Governor Godwin Obaseki had take our revered monarch the Great Oba of Benin to to court and the sitting will be head at the state high court, Sapele road. This news was sponsored by Edo State APC and it's paid hirlings who were all over social media mobilizing people to go to the court.

As early as 7am, subjects and well-wishers were seen gathering around the court premises hoping to witness what could be term an abomination for the revered oba to appear in court. Youths were even threatening to burn down the court premises for such to happen.

When proceedings started, it was discovered that the case was between some palace chiefs and the Oba. Funny enough, they also sued the state government though the state attorney general.

A lot of people who went to the state high court yesterday were disappointed that there was never a case between the state government and the Oba of Benin. But just like wild fire, the news had already spread round the town.
The state Governor through the Commissioner for information made a press release denouncing the involvement of the state government in the case as the Government is also a defendant in that case.
Though some believed, others still had their reservations.

All over the country, people were dragging the name of the great Oba of Benin. People were even using unprintable words to describe the Oba because of how his is well respected by the people of Benin.

However, new fact have emerged that Edo state APC intentionally dragged the name of the Oba into politics as a political strategy to dwindle the chances of PDP candidates Barrister Asue Ighodalo and Barrister Osarodion Ogie whose acceptability has been spreading like wildfire across the length and breath of the state especially in Edo South which have the highest number of registered voters.

In an Edo APC WhatsApp group (APC EDO STATE PLATFORM) it could be seen that a member of APC was advising members to stop dragging the name of the revered Oba into politics but rather, they should focus more on marketing their candidate. The response he got was that propaganda is one of the strategies APC want to adopt to boost the chances of their candidate in Edo South.
To me this is politics taken too far.

Everybody in Edo state knows that APC has the weakest candidate among the three major political parties in the state. It's candidate Monday Okpebholo can not even make one sentence without making several mistakes. That is why he is always silent in the Senate. Not much can be said about his educational qualifications outside the fact that he wrote WAEC at the age of 36. His running mate Dennis Idahosa is even the worst. Dennis Idahosa was a Commissioner under Oshiomhole but Oshiomhole sacked him on the allegation that he was a fraudster. Simply because they know they have nothing to campaign with, they then resorted to propaganda.

I call on the spokesman of the Benin Traditional Council to make a public statement on this issue so as to put this issue to rest.
I also demand a public apology from APC on the pages of newspapers for dragging the name of the great Oba into politics.

Edo is already on a locked down for Barrister Asue Ighodalo and Osarodion Ogie and nothing can stop it. Not even 1 million of their paid hirlings can not stop the Asue Ighodalo and Osarodion Ogie train.

God forbid. There can only be one Governor at a time in Rivers State. Wike can't be FCT minister and Governor of River state at the same time.

This is what Fubara should have done long time ago. He should also revoke their C of O and accuse them of distorting the states master plan.
That's exactly how wike would have handled the situation.
