Uber charges 15% commission, so on 100k you're definitely paying #15k commission but I don't even do mine like that because Uber automatically deducts their commission so I don't sum their commissions with my earnings. I don't.
Regarding the fuel, I fill my thank every time before setting out and it's 12L daily which is about #2,300. With this I'm sure of making a minimum of #17k which is minus commission as I don't add my commission to my earnings at all. I think the least I've made on a daily (Uber+offline) since I've started this hustle has been 11k and it was because I closed very early because of something urgent. By the next day I made 8k first with the remaining fuel. So long and short, with my full tank of #2,300, I'm sure of making #17k on an average and a minimum of #15k take home minus money for fuel. I don't calculate fuel and commission with my #60k weekly take home.

Sincerely,I always park and sleep for some minutes or even an hour but this particular day was caused by my rush to get home before my kids are awake.
I just learnt the hard way but thank God for giving me another chance to live.

You know say na naija we dey, and Lagos is the worst when it comes to hold up/traffic.
15km drive on a free raod without traffic should not take more than 15mins (even, less).
The app being foreign, it is expected that passenger can/should have the patience to wait for 15mins, using the time frame of 15km on free road. But our own country won't accept that crap.
Na to leave long PU ride requests for drivers close to them.
