okeyz: learn all you can , make acquaintance at the rig with senior drillers, ask questions, develop a bond with the guys in charge, then if you have money , go for iwcf/Iadc certification for well control. although further training is still encouraged, but it should be in drilling or well completions.

@Dr, @okez and @all I have a second class upper degree in materials and metallurgical engineering and i am currently working(2nd hitch) as a roustabout in Transocean installation thou not a direct staff of transocean. what do i do to grow in the job? although a lot of in house on job training, what external courses do i have to do to grow. i have a target of being a driller before 8yrs from now. how possible is it? age not a barrier on my side

There was this young pretty gurl that was 6years old then in my class, primary 2. I was just 7years. She stayed not far from the school and her house was by my route to our primary school. She did sit between the headmistress son and i.
I loved talking to the gurl but she wouldn't give me any attention, she always prefered playing with the headmistress' son like many other pupils in the class.
One day, i discovered during the break, these my sitting partners(the gurl and headmistress' son) left the class together and moved towards the school library. I jealously thought in my mind where my sitting partners were going and started stalking them. Latter they entered into the school library where many school pupil hardly went during the break cos they would try to get themselves something to eat.
I waited outside for 5minutes and just banged in, saw them in between the table and chair at the last end of the library with the guy having his short half drawn down leaning on the gurl with her paint off. I told them God catch you today! i will tell uncle. They started pleading with me and i told them the only condition i wouldn't tell uncle which is i would have my own sex with the gurl. They consented to my condition and started with the gurl when the headmistress son was done.
I discovered the headmistress son had disappeared and the next thing i saw were our mates coming towards us. The god forsaken headmistress son had gone to tell them the gurl and i were having sex.
They reported us to the headmistress and the next thing to bring our parents the following day after beating a hell out of us.
We told our mates that the headmistress son was there but they wouldn't listen cos they very like the headmistress son and wouldn't rope him in.

abeg help tell am o. how being a learner turn insult? by the way which school u go? futo has massive land and they are into sciences and engineering. no place for art and commercial folks. what do u expect? that is y it is universirty of tech. they dont do anything other than sciences.

samilo88: How does asking a question makes me a learner,and what do you mean by core engineering? Seriously I was very disappointed when I came to FUTO for d aptitude test. Maintenace of infrastructures in your school was next to zero. I was even doubting if I was in FUTO for real.

Do not take any pill cos it will indicate in the urine. They are trying to check a certain level of drug(hemp, nephatine or so),and nicotine blood can be for TB, genotype n HIV. Mind u, u cannot fail med having HIV but likely to fail having TB cos it is airborne

Very possible. Studied Engineering, done with service, did my 24th Bday late last month and I have a friend also done with service that just celebrated 23 yesterday.
