The problem is that in this country we don't consider morals expecially in politics.If not alot of people will not be contesting .If someone like Dogwa ,Tinubu with all that surrounds him,can contest and win a presidential election, then we will see alot of Dinos.
I'm even having a funny feeling that he might even win,given that he was in house off reps and was disgraced and suspended ,yet he came back as a senator, something just tells me that he might return as a governor.Some people are just like that by destiny .

The kind of Census we should be talking about now,should be a digital census and not the kind of Census that we conduct,where the official will ask you how many people are in your house because you told them that you have big dogs or that they can't enter your house because of certain religious norm.

These states have RECs who strongly worked against APC. Atiku won more than 13 states. Even the core North that we are talking about, Peter Obi is the least popular in the deep North Eastern and North Western states. Check the stats very well. But from the election result whether rigged or not,the gap between Obi and Kwankwaso is like light and darkness.If he had merged more people would have believed In the party and add to their combined total which would have exceeded that of APC. If OBI won 12 state ( south,north and FCT not to add rivers from no where without brandishing money then he is force.APC had 21 state governors before the election and barely won only 12( if you remove rivers it will be 11)
If labour had upto 21 state before the election,they would have won 30 states.

Question: which of the 4 key presidential candidate would have won upto 12 states if he had joined Labour .The answer is NON.

You didn't get it. There is what is called fair hearing in law.
Obi did not bring in PDP to come to court and admit the so called 900k
Obi did not bring PDP to court to defend that part of the 900k or 400k votes doesn't belong to PDP.

For that singular act (whether it's oversight or whatever) There is no tribunal in the world that can declare Obi president for the fact that APC has brought it up in their defense.

The only outcome that can be favourable to Obi is if a new election entirely is ordered. But if it's just to disqualify Tinubu, then, Atiku is the next president.

You don't understand what I'm saying.The fact that PDP said it does not mean that OBI does not have thier own record.And once they have their record .It's left for them to prove it.
Secondly while proving it,PDP will not oppose it because they confessed before national television that it's true.Also the kind of prove that the court will admit is not just talk but evidence .And I'm reliably aware that in some state even other aggrieved party agent are tendering their real polling result to the LP .( LP has thier own)

And again their is no overnight,LP stated in thier petition that the scored the highest legal vote ( Even above that of APC) .It's not just to state,you must prove with hard unrefutable evidence which they said they have.

In doing this ,you don't need PDP at all.

Their smartness might not be up there as we thought. If they can missed the simple fact that they were supposed to join PDP in the case but they didn't.

As it stands, the best they can hope for is for the tribunal to order a fresh election as Obi can never be declared president over Atiku that came second, since PDP was not joined in the case to come defend their second position (i.e what is cared fair trial) no way Obi can be declared president even if Tinubu's votes were to be discountenanced. So much for smartness.

Obi,does not need to join PDP simply because ,even PDP admitted that OBI had over 900k vote in Lagos .That's extra 400k, obviously rivers state IREV is another witness , plateau ,Bauchi , Gombe, Adamawa, Bauchi are also state they claim they have evidence that some of their votes where not recorded or tampered with.
Once they are done they will have more than 9 million vote according to them.PDP only have less than 7m for now.Case close .( Provided they can prove it)

Why not.Obi lawyers are extremely smart.One of the petition is that he should be disqualified as he was not eligible to contest and that all his vote should be declared zero vote.

I think the LP lawyers are extremely smart,and used some other cases like the 25% in Abuja,VP elect not qualified to contest and the drug case to shift focus.while the are working madly on proving that LP scored the highest lawful vote .
Mind you In many places in the North like Bauchi ,Gombe ,Borno etc, alot of Obi's vote was suppressed .In some other places it was shared.In Rivers ,they even made an error by uploading the right result on the IREV which favours Obi
