I must also state that I worked in Lagos when Tinubu was governor.So I have much to say about his time as governor.

Buhari VS Obasanjo is an electoral matter and the Supreme Court ruled that a candidate can be declared without having 25% in the fct.
FCT should be treated as a state. You can search online for the judgement

That's a fact.precedent Judgement are always refered to when making a new judgement.However, supreme court have had reasons to reverse it self in the past by saying a judgement was in error.
If someone challenges it and probably brings a professor of English along with some dictionary to interpret what AND means then anything can happen.afterall the those that made the earlier judgement aree no longer there .
