I have answered this question many times on this thread,

In Nigeria most universities do not take people from other universities, they have a facility that does JUPEB and uses that to fill the Direct Entry Quota.

Uniport is just new so the JUPEB facility for now is unable to fill up spaces in the DE Quota. There also appears to be an unwritten understanding that out of 13 spaces for medicine 1 or 2 will be utilized for those outside the JUPEB program but restricted to graduates of Uniport. Go and inquire of UNILAG and IBADAN or even ILORIN, you will see that they don't even look at uche face.

All that has been said above is culture, nobody will stop you from picking the JAMB DE form, its just like a Southerner going to pick PDP form when the position has been zoned to the North ~ you know how the end will be.

And Direct entry in UNN is very competitive, I learnt the quota is 10% for all courses, (7% for the normal direct entry stuff, 3% for the JUPEB programme)

OK but do you know if they have started selling? and also which am I to buy first school de form or jamb de form? thanks for your response.

When JAMB starts selling form in November you can pick the form but remember technically the slots are reserved for candidates at the Ashgroove Academy so you may consider enrollment there.

yes bro I also heard this but from another thread i. e. uniben admission thread. and the guy sounded serious and sure. he added that you must do it within 2 weeks of accepting admission else you lose it. it is done for 50k according to him.
