Oya to root tecno q1
Download pda.net to install adb drivers for tecno. Please google it.
I dont want my post to be hidden out of too much links so i want
to minimize my links
Afer installing pda.net to ya pc,

Put ya tecno in usb debugging and connect to your system
Extract the root package and run the .bat file in it
Type 1 and hit enter wait for your device to prompt for restore.
Click on restore.
Then the setup will try to test the root and reboot ya device. Once
ya device is rebooted by the setup, check for superuser and use a
root app or root checker to confirm root.

Bro you need to root your phone 1st before you think of underclocking your processor. No fear the big English, na simple thing.

For the Tecno Q1 users wey dey cry for battery life, set your brightness to the lowest or put it in Automode. If you get the strength, you root am. Then you underclock your processor. I underclock mine to 501Mhz (since i rarely play games) so it's ok for me. My battery is lasting for me jor oh

P3 has dual core processor. Go buy am no dulling

The phone boasts of a dual core 800 mhz processor. Front & back camera with flash too. Things the N3 doesn't have.

might be your earphones, or the music player you're using. I used to rock Zplayer on the N3. Was pretty good when i was flexing N3. Zplayer is an awesome music player developed a Nigerian brother.

The cache is the actual game files while the apk file is the installation file. Abeg before you ask another question like this begin to read previous pages.

sorry hold the volume up button then power on the phone. Still holding the power button and the volume up button. Hold it till it boots to recovery mode

it depends on what you want and how much you want to spend. Normal touchscreen? (N3,D3,D5) qwerty keyboard like me hehehe , (Q1), or bigger touchscreen (N7)

Sylvekzee: Guys help am in troublem @Hallaslyde you especially I need your help urgently. Some guy tried to unlock my tn3, but due to the partan lock he failed. He still went ahead and entered more partans until the phone locked permanentlym

Now when I switch it on it says I should input my email and password to unlock it. I have done that several time but it still won't unlock.

Help plzzz help!!!!

Note that I know my google account and the password. And I am using it the same way I use in on gmail, youtube , playstore and even the phone tn3.

And also the data is turned off.

Oga sir, you will need to format your phone, Hold the volume down key button and Power button then switch on the phone, this will boot it into recovery mode then you wipe the phone and restart. All your data will be lost

No sir, rooting just opens the doorway for you to tweak your phone and maximize all its capabilities

here's what you'll do, you will need a PC sha. From your C5,sync your contacts to Nokia PC Suite or Ovi Suite. Then still on your PC, you export your contacts to txt or csv file. Then still on your PC, you login to your Gmail account and upload your contacts there. Then from your phone, you sync your Gmail account with your phone. All your contacts will then appear. Goodluck!!

oga brainrex thanx 4 d rooting Tutorial it was so damn easy for me to root my n3 following your procedure. what i wanna ask is best font app for tecno n3 pls very urgent im tired of the old font. thanks

Bros I will advise you to manage your fonts as u see am for your phone o.. na this same font issue do make I brick my N3. You beta stay clear of fonts If you no wan brick your phone yet.

There are two ways.. If you have another andriod phone with all your contacts intact just download IntouchApp from Google play store and sync your contacts among the two phones.. Or secondly from your laptop, you sync your contacts to your Gmail account then from your N3 you also sync to retrieve the contacts..
