Bros.. Check if the phone is in USB debugging mode.. If not it should be simple as ABC..

Jazzgreen: pls can someone transfer Pes and GTA from PC/flash share and play it on Q1? Cos the one(GTA) i transferred was tellin me to download more files 400mb. that of PES just didn't play .same wit mortal combat .so is the fault from the apps /system or is it just normal wit Q1 that games must be downloaded from net and not transferred? #i'm specific about the games mentioned#

bros you have not copied the data file of the game that is why.. Heavy HD games have 2 parts. What u have is the apk(installation) file

Jazzgreen: pls guys ,is that 2GB internal storage for sure or fancy?? cos it just keeps writin PHONE STORAGE 2.08GB, AVAILABLE 2.08GB every time. also ,i tried movin one 600mb app to phone storage and was suprised to see- NOT ENOUGH MEMORY. so is it just 500mb that dis phone has.i need fast reply cos i'm gettin angry and thinking about sellin it ASAP. just need to hear if u can mak use of ur said 2Gb internal memory@Q1 users.(settings->storage)

Bros calm down, the phone has 2.08GB of internal memory which is very usable. Check your menu and open the FILES application. Or better still plug it to a system with USB cord. You can move file freely in and out.

Franky826: pls friends i just bought dis phone. The charger is plugged but d led light just comes once stays some secs and goes. I cant tell if its charging but d charger is heating a bit pls is dis normal? I need ans pls. God bless

Bros no fear, once your battery reaches 90% the LED lite will go off. It will still be charging. Check the battery icon you go see am

I felt crippled when i was a guest cos so many question i needed to ask i couldn`t. noo you will have to be close o. good advantage of this flash share is that :

This D5 is a perfect phone. All of una wey dey complain suppose close mouth. The days you were buying Nokia 2700c, Nokia C3, and X2 u bin no sabi. This D5 has better specs & is cheaper. Nokia was milking us all this while. Open your eyes and embrace Tecno . Soon peeps will start pinging with D5

After underclocking, no try play heavy games on your phone o. because it will be very slow.

Download pda.net to install adb drivers for tecno. Please google it.

Afer installing pda.net to ya pc,

Put ya tecno in usb debugging and connect to your system
Extract the root package and run the .bat file in it
Type 1 and hit enter wait for your device to prompt for restore.
Click on restore.
Then the setup will try to test the root and reboot ya device. Once
ya device is rebooted by the setup, check for superuser and use a
root app or root checker to confirm root.

my Q1 no dey hot oh!! If you wan boost the battery life, when you buy the phone, you root it. After rooting, you underclock the processor.

The Tecno Q1 has a 1000mhz dual core processor. Tecno N3 has about 800mhz single core, so u see that the Q1 has more than enough. The battery of both phones is almost the same that is why Q1 tends to run down faster. The processor is just like the memory available for running of the phone. So when you underclock it. It will consume lesser juice from the battery. This is one of the reasons Nokia phone battery dey last well well But then you can't play HD games with them. Hope say eye don clear you small

Bro there's no special settings for it. Just make sure your 3G is on. You can stream from default browser or even from UCweb sef. Or better still download Tubemate (google for links) you can use it to download the videos straight up.
