Why would a local coach do his job from Europe sir?Is Europe the country of the local coach?

We no say you no like rohr but that one no mean say make you dey bias oga
U have a wet brain bro. Remove the foreign/local tags, I don't hinge my positions on any of those two adjectives. My main point is that a manager should be closer to the office paying his bills. If u say he must be managing the team from far away Europe bkus that's his home country, then he might as well be getting his pay from that same home country of his.

Oliseh was based in Belgium
That was wrong and we are set to make things right now. He should accept the terms or do the honorable thing

I didn't say anything about the tax issue...

If Rohr was a local coach and is coaching the team from Europe, I won't have any problem with that...why? because our best players are in Europe.. staying in Europe will afford him the opportunity of monitoring them more..the NFF should get him a competent local assistant who would take care of the home based players... That was the job the likes of Imama,Salisu and Alloy Agu were employed for but they kept giving us Ezenwa..

Don't pretend like u are a fan of the npfl suddenly.. u hardly talk about the league here...
I am no big fan of the NPFL, in fact, I don't even believe in any player made in the NPFL, until he's proven his mettle in a better league in Europe, but a manager shouldn't be staying too far away from his office, and he doesn't have to be in Europe to monitor the players plying their trade in Europe.

Hearts look like they are heading for the Scottish championship already...

It'd better be a joke...
Well, they need him to help them out in the championship once their relegation is confirmed. Remember that was same reason he joined Stoke when he did. Etebo too like second division football

They want him to live in Nigeria.... that indirectly means they want him to include local players into the national team....
Some of u guys are funny, if Rohr was a local coach, would u tolerate him coaching the team from Europe, with the same excuse that our players are based in Europe?

By the way, what's wrong with asking him to pay taxes? In his country does he not pay taxes or does he not know how criminal an offense it is to evade taxes? Rohr earns more than I do monthly, yet before I get my salary every month, my tax is deducted. Bros we no dey do father Christmas here abeg

he will get more goals 4 sure
Like Safari rightly said, there is a genuine reason why Timo Werner is a serious topic among the Chelsea hierarchy and faithfuls;

Rashford's Past 7games 6 goals

Abraham's Past 6 games no goal

BTW, need I tell u Chelsea is now just a point ahead of Man United?

Michael Edwards managed to sign Andy Robertson, Mo Salah and Takumi Minamino for a combined £51.5m

In that time he has sold Dominic Solanke, Kevin Stewart, Ryan Kent, Danny Ward and Andre Wisdom for £51.5m

That's how its done, unlike ManCity who goes about breaking FFP rules.

Iheanacho did ok for his limited service. I have seen Vardy have games like this but his goals overshadow the lack of service.
Well said. Same with KC's game today
SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by ChrisKels: 8:30pm On Dec 28, 2019
Iheanacho scored but he wasn't really impressive today bkus he didnt have much services, plus he didnt quite run the channels as good as he is reputed for, he often got sandwiched btwn two CBs. In a match, he should learn not to put his foot off the pedal just bkus he's registered a goal, today he became lackadaisical after registering his name on the score sheet. Nacho isn't a point man, he would have done better behind a main striker.

That said, playing with players like Gray, Albrighton, Barnes, poor Ayoze et al, really can be frustrating for any striker

This news of Rohr's proposed contract renewal hv spoilt my day I must confess. I'm back to that same old feelings I had when keshi, oliseh and siasia were in charge.

Why disrupt the progress of a promising team by treating its coach with such disrespect? A team doing so well when it's not close to its peak? Its disheartening bro and only sentimental fools will support this nonsense

Philosopher1979:
Abduljeleel Ajagun of Kortick shoul be tried in the attacking midfield role.
He plays in the belgian league regularly and beside iwobi, we are short of options in this position.
He should be tried. I dont know why Rohr is ignoring him. We have a lot of wingers and strikers
Is this ur own definition of regular football? A player who can't hold down a shirt or get meaningful minutes in a lowly club like Kortrijk to be invited to the eagles? This is called cameos not regular appearances.

Secondly, an AM who passing is one of his major weaknesses? grin grin

Have u ever seen an AM having "passing" as one of his weaknesses? Lol u want to overwork our attackers and make them look poor by playing an Ajagun behind them? And ur moniker reads philosopher Nawa oo
