And please, building relationships between player, manager and club is not unimportant.

A flexible travel arrangement will make his job more efficient instead of sitting in Nigeria watching telemundo.

He can do these visitings with the time he is afforded to travel annually, he must not be based in Europe to visit the players. Besides some of these visits are just for the camaraderies, hence unnecessary in most cases, when the player is already in ur cupboard

It is not an excuse. It is facts.

In the contract, it is clearly stated he's got an option to travel at least 4times or so, annually, there is no limited time frame for him not to exceed once he travels. He can visit any player he so desires to visit, within that period sir.
