komekn: Na wah for you
Do you want me to post comments on every match he has played since he joined Sheffield Wednesday.
Considering what his manager, team mates and fans are saying about him. Consistent continous outstanding top level performances. The article said he has become impressive since deployed as a CB. Now the question is, how many matches did he play as a CB prior that article for u to label him consistently outstanding? Also, how good was he in his preferred RB position before those two impressive outings as a CB? Final question, since those two indicated matches, how good has he been abi the two matches were a one off(fluke)? |

komekn: This is the hypocrisy with the NFF, why wait for a player to blow.
Dominic Iorfa had already blown when he committed to the SE. A player that was wanted by several EPL clubs but loyalty to former manager Kenneth and Wolves made him reject those offers.
After the politics of football seen him frozen out of Wolves. He failed to sign with Mendes as some have spuriously speculated.
Well where is he close to the top of the Championship, where all the 5 teams at the top section are divided by just three points.
But the question is not which league you are playing in but what are you doing there. Are you outstanding for club and league and consistent with too perfomances❓
What's the general opinion. See below The image u shared clearly stated it was after two matches, yet u talking about consistent outstanding performances? So ur deduction is based on these two matches? So in ur own book, two matches is enough to call a player a consistent outstanding player huh?

Dominic Iorfa U were the same Clement that made this post on completesports under the heading "Nigeria never pushed to have me - Tomori"?

komekn: In life timing is everything.
Bible talk say " time for everything "
When Eze was selected for the SE, l was completely against as being unjustified and unfair.
But it seems someone seen his outstanding potential talent. Kudos to that person.
But then after invitation to the feast we waited over two years before presenting the food, unfortunately that's not good enough. The food has gone Ice cold.
What's the point of identifying talent then doing nothing. If the could invite Osimhen ( unjustified at the time) to play, then Nwakali, Otabor, etc, etc
What where they waiting for ❓ The question is, what was Eze doing within doz period of two years? Was he showing any consistent out standing performance? |
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by ChrisKels: 9:31am On Oct 26, 2019 |
komekn: If l was Eze l would do exactly what's he is doing.
He is currently on the radar of multiple EPL clubs to create greater £££ money value for yourself. Your rating goes way up as a prospective England international as well as the very lucrative endorsements from the marketing of your personal brand. check what Nike pay Rashford and you will understand. Compare the commercial endorsements of Nigerian international players to English ones.
After you have signed your long term contract then you can commit to Nigeria. By then the money is in the bag and you are sorted.
This is exactly what Dominic Iorfa did and after he signed his contract he committed to the NFF two years earlier than he agreed to. So Eze is no longer pitching his tent with England Bkus he was allegedly neglected by the NFF? Suddenly, he is now doing it for the monetary values? Bros seems u neither here nor there oo. Going by this post, u implying that, being a Nigerian international woulda limited him, and he woulda regretted playing for us if we had capped him before now, unmerritedly? If that be the case, I am glad we waited till now, otherwise he woulda felt we ruined his career. That said, if he feels we aint good enough brand for the growth of his career, he should go to hell just like Iorfa has gone to already. |

komekn: Adarabioyo is not good enough just using the brand of city to create Leverage. So he is a non starter.
Let's use a local analogy.
Man deh find wife Eee do introduction, carry small wine. Two years later Eéeeeeee still never show face, another man come begin shine eye for the woman. WHAAAATEN de woman go do, wait till she turn expired drug.
Another man show face were even get €€€£££ pass the first one. Whaaaaten u go advise the woman to do.
That exemplifies the situation with regards to Eze, although l still think he will play for Nigeria. Irrespective of what you are hearing. That was a poor analogy, Bkus nah man dey still train a young woman for skul, and wait for years for the girl to grad(mature) befor tying the knot. Barryseal: Regrets about the failure to call Eze before this time is unnecessary. If he chooses to play for the English U21's ahead of the Super Eagles, it clearly shows he was never interested in playing for Nigeria, he fancied Nigeria when he thought his talent won't be recognized. If he accepted to play for Nigeria prior to hitting it big time, he will pull Kevin Prince Boateng on us.
The one and only player who choose to play for Nigeria when he was on the up still remains Victor Anichebe. At the time he scored 40 goals for the Everton youth team and took the Epl by storm with great performances. It didn't take much for Yobo to convince him when he had the attention of the FA. Every other person bar, Victor Anichebe used Nigeria as a fall back option. Respect Barry, respect. I still don't believe the news is true though, but being an Mbaise man, there could be some truth in the news |

Nobody will know the things that went on in the background that have discouraged him, about playing for Nigeria.
Eze commuted very early on but we the NFF didn't show commitment to him. I av bn ur ally in here in this particular matter (Eze), but in this case, u are alone, if this news is substantiated. We invited him when he was a nobody, u criticized the move, we did now and u still criticizing it? What did Eze do last season to warrant a call up enroute Egypt? This is the right time Bkus I don't see any major difference between now and the Brazil, Ukraine matches. |

I don't believe the Eze news from owngoal to be true, otherwise, he should go to hell. The call came at the right time, he was super spastic last season hence couldn't maintain the momentum he set at the early stage of the last season. He was too inconsistent to be considered by even England at any level. Already we have given him that sense of belonging by inviting him to train with the big boys when he was a nobody (that's if he is actually a somebody now....irked), just the way England once did Solanke. Yes I was sad, a waste of a player in otabor was invited ahead of him the last two convocations of the Eagles, but now, his is coming when it matters the most, and if he thinks the England U20s is more important, then I am sticking out my middle finger straight up to his Mbaise face. |
