Kelechi Nwakali played second fiddle during his days at Manchester city. He was never a starter. Fact

Kelechi Iheanacho we know was a bench warmer at Leicester city last season. That explained him starting only 7 games out of 32 matches he was available to play, came from the bench 14 times and wasn't used in 11 games.

Where is the bulldoze wey 4 here? grin

Besides, Leicester city is down the pecking order, far far below Sharktar Doneskt in UEFA ranking. Sorry grin
Well Kelechi is not our best striker, Kayode is. And if our worst striker is a starter in the Epl this season, then our best striker has no excuse for playing second fiddle in the Ukrainian league after playing second fiddle to Olunga of Kenya with laliga giants, Girona. Dont u think so? grin grin

Well, hope to...but with the form of Moraes, he should play the second fiddle.

It's a normal thing.
My dear, with Kayode's place in Rohr's book, if he failed to force his way through the starting eleven, then forget it, he aint getting nothing from Rohr. He failed at Girona, so he has to do it at Shaktar Donetsk or better yet, move to Liverpool u23 team because we all know he is the only Nigerian striker that can start there. If Kelechi Iheanacho could bulldoze his way through wt Dzeko, Bony, Aguero, Nolito et al to contend with and now at Leicester with Vardy, Okazaki et al, then who is Moraes that Kayode can not bench him even though little Olunga of Kenya consigned him(Kayode) to the bench at Girona. So bro, he has to force his way ooo, little Kelechi did it in better clubs so the onus is out on Kayode now. It is a challenge, besides he is Eagles best striker, hence shouldn't be playing second fiddle to a low class striker in the Ukrainian league, while the worst striker is a starter for a midtable team(Leicester) in the mighty EPL.

I like Kayode hence I find it hard to slam him despite being forced by GiwaDalung to do so. I pray he forces his way into the starting eleven, otherwise, he would be on the move again because I cant see him settling for a place on the bench.

Here is what OLA Aina has to say about the Serie A compared to the championship, whereas, in here, someone who knows little or nothing about the round leather game would want us to believe otherwise by hyping the championship to high heavens even rating it above some of this top leagues just because his whack players have made the championship their Haven and cant make the step up to play in better leagues grin grin

“I’ve been enjoying it so far,” Aina told
Forza Italian Football . “I’m enjoying training and the games, and all the challenges as there are some top sides here. I’m settling in just fine. The difference is a lot. The level is a lot higher, the concentration and tactical side of things are a lot higher than the Championship. For me, that is what is key for me this season.
“Right now, the squad are just focusing on each other, and to take each match as it comes. We want to play good football and get as much points as possible and win games. So if we can focus on this, then who knows.”

But why is Iheanacho comfortably pulling on that Leicester shirt every weekend with his name clearly misspelt? I have been longing to say this since the dots were introduced in some of the alphabets that make up his name. It is great he thought it wise to add the dots, but then, he should av done better

In the Enyimba match against Rayon Sport in Kigali, here are the words from one of the super sports commentators/pundits. It was probably TK ;

"if I was the Nigerian senior national team coach, I would give this Enyimba goal keeper(Afelokhai) a call up, at least, as a compensation for his heroics so far in this competition. Even if it means training with the team, not necessarily playing in a match, that will be enough motivation for him to keep doing what he is doing and doing it even better"

I was like, if only u knew that the one on the bench is always selected instead... This is injustice

As much as I like the newly released list, I still have to voice out some things that are totally wrong with the list.

It is atrocious leaving out Afelokhai for a player who plays second fiddle to his back up(Dauda) in Enyimba. Also, when are we gonna cap Ebere Eze? Mikel and Joel didnt make it for some obvious reasons yet the coach didnt seize the opportunity to hand Ebere his maiden call up.

Rohr's list for the Libyan double-header

Goalkeepers: Francis Uzoho (Elche FC, Spain); Ikechukwu Ezenwa (Enyimba FC); Daniel Akpeyi (Chippa United, South Africa)

Defenders: Olaoluwa Aina (Torino FC, Italy); Abdullahi Shehu (Bursaspor FC, Turkey); Semi Ajayi (Rotherham United, England); Bryan Idowu (Lokomotiv Moscow, Russia); Chidozie Awaziem (FC Porto, Portugal); William Ekong (Udinese FC, Italy); Leon Balogun (Brighton & Hove Albion, England); Kenneth Omeruo (CD Leganes, Spain); Jamilu Collins (SC Padeborn 07, Germany)

Midfielders: Ogenyi Onazi (Trabzonspor FC, Turkey); Wilfred Ndidi (Leicester City, England); Oghenekaro Etebo (Stoke City FC, England); John Ogu (Hapoel Be’er Sheva, Israel)

Forwards: Ahmed Musa (Al Nasr FC, Saudi Arabia); Kelechi Iheanacho (Leicester City, England); Moses Simon (Levante FC, Italy); Henry Onyekuru (Galatasaray SK, Turkey); Odion Ighalo (Changchun Yatai, China); Alex Iwobi (Arsenal FC, England); Samuel Kalu (Bordeaux FC, France); Isaac Success (Watford FC, England)
This list just ruined GiwaDalung and Southgate's day. The bickering and heartache those two are having now, are better imagined. They are in excruciating pains hence are gonna be venomous but I just hope no one commits suicide ooo. How on earth did Rohr leave out our best players in Ajagun, Ilori, Solanke, Iorfa, Kayode, Alampasu, Aiyenugba, Olayinka et al? grin grin
