There's this guy Uche Osoka that practically redesigned a lot of NPFl logos

https://www.behance.net/gallery/55628567/REBRANDING-NPFL-LOGOS
Wow this is beautiful. See how he rebranded everyone of them perfectly with their respective histories well defined. That el-kanemi is wow.

Our clubs need better Jerseys too. If u see the Zambian league, bar the quality of the games, their Jerseys are mostly beautiful. North Africans model their Jerseys after those of French clubs, and it is so beautiful. Another league with some beautiful Jerseys is the Kenyan league. Ghanaian league Jerseys are worse than ours, Kotoko and Hearts Jerseys no be am at all. At home here, I love the el-kanemi Jersey, Pillars too.

Read what Leicester match day pundit has to say about Puel's new found solution up front, on the BBC highlights show;

Jermaine Jenas

“(Claude Puel) tends to tinker around too much I think but with these three, Iheanacho, Maddison and Vardy, they seem to have found a very good blend,”

“Maddison is the brains of the operations, you’ve got great legs in Vardy, and Iheanacho is a very good finisher, he showed that at Man City"

“They were always in vicinity of each other, where they can find each other. Maddison will pick up the ball and allow Vardy and Iheanacho to make the runs. They linked up really well and Huddersfield didn’t know what to do with them at times"

“Then they had the option of Demarai Gray coming on. But it was these three(VIM=Vardy, Iheanacho, Maddison) that really gelled" °°Chai I love this line mbok

“(For the third goal) Iheanacho is the provider, yes Vardy gets through, but looks who’s there if needs be, Maddison making that run into the box. It’s a lovely finish from Vardy"

“Maybe (Puel) won’t have to tinker so much after that because maybe he’s found something.”

If things remain this way, then Iheanacho is bound to start more games and promises more goals. Selfish Gray right now angry angry

we have discussed this at length before, but just in case you were offline when we did. Coaches BENCH ANY PLAYER, irrespective of how good you are. They will bench their best players and lose a final just to prove a point

After what happened to Onyekuru at Anderlecht last season, this line is not one that is expected of anyone on this thread, honestly.
We are talking about chronic chopping of bench here grin grin

U sited Onyekuru as an example but forgot that Onyekuru's talent bailed him out by making other teams come for him. That only shows he is good enough, I cant remember any team looking to have Dessers. My dear, a bench warmer in lowly Utretch in this present day Eredivisie isn't what Nigeria needs. If he was warming bench for, lets say Ajax or PSV, that would av been understandable, but, Utretch? No nah

Hey team Danjuma there is a good news for u guys. Rohr really has a genuine interest in the guy because he blvs the boy has the qualities to be a top striker with his pace, skills and good shooting ability.

They should wait and prove themselves very well enough before they declare abi?

My point is they shouldn’t even declare. Wait for the NFF to come calling. Keep your options open. Yes I said so
So according to ur first paragraph, we should invite unproven players just because they are willing to repp us? Dats what is called mediocrity glorification. Dude we aint that poor and shouldn't be overly desperate.

Yes keep ur options open just like Danjuma and Ojo just did thats my point.

At the time, Otigba declared for Nigeria. He was as good as the other options there. He was playing regularly in the Eredivise and rejected an invitation from Hungary. At that time, he deserved a chance. Our defenders were Oboabana, Egwueke, Omeruo and Yobo. Otigba would have been able to compete.

Balogun did not declare publicly. He was called by Keshi.
Moses was convinced by Siasia.
Aina did not declare publicly.

Sometimes when a player publicly declares the intention to play for Nigeria. They are ignored even when they are good enough to compete.
Story, same Balogun I read his interview when he said if he got an invite from Nigeria, that he would pack his bags the next night jump from Germany via Spain to Morocco? So what about Hope Akpan, Ikeme and Anichebe? About Otigba, we all know whose fault it is and what excuse do u have to give for Dessers? Has he ever been as good as what we already had/have?

U said sometimes when a player publicy declare...I ask again, who were/are these players we ignored? Were/are they good enough? Bar Otigba who Keshi overlooked for his own selfish interest, who else can u mention? Maybe with time u na go still add Derik Osede, Ekpolo et al to the list of ignored guys. So u wan tell me say, we go now ignore a fantastic player like Ojo because he declared publicly? Abeggy jor

I don't know what's with Dessers, the boy is good no doubt, and please he's a better finisher than the wasteful Success.

He Had an impressive goal ratio last season, as he scored in little minutes given to him last season, the coach simply doesn't trust the guy despite scoring 11 times last season.
Oh really? Never knew coaches bench their best players. Maybe that same coach is also asking other clubs not to notice his goal per minute ratios. Dessers is better than Success, only in ur dreams bro.

I agree with you. If you are good enough i.e as good as or better than the ones on ground, you can't be ignored no matter what
No mind people make dem dey peddle lies. Otigba is good and he is playing for one poor team in hungry while his mates are in Serie A(Ekong), laliga (Omeruo). Otigba that was a bench warmer in Turkey where Omeruo and Ekong excelled. Otigba was good and he was relegated to the bench soon after his break through at Heerenveen, he was good yet, no big team came for him from the Eredivisie or anywhere else in Europe.

Dessers, a bench warmer for lowly Utretch is only being praised here because of his skin colour. As bad as Isaac Success is, Dessers aint his match. Can Dessers command a starting shirt in the Eredivisie, let alone the Laliga where Success held sway? Dessers is good, yet he hasn't been able to do what kayode did in Wien abi no be same jupiler league he ran away from that our guys have been tearing up over the years from Onyekuru , to Simon, to Kalu, Olayinka, even Bonaventure etc

Make we no dey glorify mediocrity just because we believe that anything foreign is special.

OLA Aina declared, Balogun declared, Vicmo declared, Ebuehi declared, ikeme et al declared and they got invited. My dear, if u are good, u will get a look in, then u if are better than what we have already, then God dun butter ur bread. KPOM!!!

Ask Otigba, Dessers, Deji etc. Declare at your own peril.
Otigba and Dessers aint good enough. As for Deji, the only thing delaying his invite is his lack of games for the first team. Deji has never played professional football bfor so it will be stupid inviting him now to the super eagles. As for dessers, it is not as if he is setting the Eredivisie on fire. He even started today and was poor, got subbed off earlier than supposed

Oh yes bro. I was telling Emmyboy yesterday that Ojo might play against SA if he does well for his club(Reims) before that match in the FNB stadium. He and Chukwueze are the guys I'm tipping to contend with Kalu for that RW position. Remember I av always maintained that Eagles need left footed right wingers.

TheGoodJoe, what do you think of this?

Did Pep make the right decision?
For once, I never bought into Gabrael Jesus and Gabriel Berbosa (Gabbigol) hypes. When people were insulting KC because of Jesus, I was just SMH. I thank God say breeze dun dey blow to reveal fowl yansh. U wan tell me say if KC was surrounded by the plethora of creative players City has now, he wouldn't be the highest goal scorer in the EPL. He has better predatory instinct as a 9, better accuracy with his strikes and passes, better positioning(he never guessed wrong where to expect the final ball to score, reason some ignoramus called him a tap in marchant), he also tries to work for the team. The only thing Jesus does better than Kelechi is dribbling due to his quick feet. If tapping-in was such an easy thing to do, Jesus would have been praised to the high heavens. But unfortunately, he doesn't have that KC's super positioning sense to tap in. I still remember KC's goal against Celtic that was reminiscent to what he did yesterday, thats what true strikers do.

Way back in the 1990s when the dying of hair by African players first came out, it was more for purpose of attracting scouts. Especially young West African players.

I recall the Burkinabe U17 Team to the 2001 U17 WC hosted in Trinidad and Tobago where half of their players died their hairs with different shades of Brown and Red. They finished 3rd anyways.

Victor Osimhen Is Back: Scores 1st Professional Goal For Charleroi

Nigerian Striker Victor Osimhen today scored in Sporting Charleroi’s 1-1 draw away Waasland-Beveren in the Belgian Jupiler League at Beverens Freethielstadion

The former U17 golden boot winner scored his sides only goal in the 20th minute of the testy encounter that saw Charleroi finish with just 9 men . . . http://www.soccerassembly.com/victor-osimhen-back-scores-1st-professional-goal-charleroi/

Lol one thing funny but great about Osimhen is that he was actually brought on loan as a back-up to Jeremy Perbet (chaleroi's main striker), but, after few rounds of matches, he relegated Perbet to the bench, and in the 90th minute Perbet was brought on for Osimhen to see out the match that Osimhen got rave reviews, Lol instead of the Jeremie boy to try convince the coach that he still got it, he rather hurriedly got himself sent off few seconds into his introduction. To me, this is called nailing ur own coffin with ur own woods, hammer and nails by urself. He just cemented Osimhen's place as Sporting Cheloroi's first choice front man KPOM!!!

Now, Osimhen the jury is out on U. Prove us ur ardent supporters right mbok
