If that Solanke news is true, we really need to give him a chance, same as George Ilenikena.

We also need a winger/striker in the mould of Osaze, and for that reason Njinmah should be considered. Lookman is already playing that role as did Moses, but we need more firepower and pace up front.

We really need strikers. To me, besides Osimhen, we don't have even a single reliable striker. Awoniyi and co have never done anything significant since making their debuts.

He needs the opportunity to test himself in men’s football. If he does well with Samp under Pirlo the next step is loaning him out to a midtable serie A team or a return to Inter Milan

To me that level of football is what he needs for further development and a gradual entry into professional football

Wow! Pirlo is the coach of Sampdoria? It is a good move then because they might even gain promotion to the Serie A, and if that happens, it would make more sense if he opts to stay with them than hurriedly return to his parent club.

Next gen (maybe not so much for Ejike)

If Ejike could put his dribbles to good use, I mean those final decisions and picking the right passes, then would be very valuable because that is the player missing in the super eagles. A player who is daring, can hug the ball and move with tricky dribbles to distablise opposition defense and give that right pass to an already well positioned attacker to finish.
