All of us were here when this man overlooked his striker and played a traditional winger as a striker instead in a friendly match. Dude was trying to convert a winger to a striker when the striking position is his team's most packed with talents, yet none of you got the message.

Dude played two friendly matches without giving even a single minute of action to some of his players, yet some of you guys did not get the message, and those who got it were blinded by hate, hence it must be Finidi over Amunike because Amunike punch oyibo man for chin.

His major policies in 2024:

- Captain arms band must be worn by the most senior player because I worn it when I was the most senior player. That is the criteria and it doesn't matter if you have the qualities or not.

- Formation doesn't matter in football. Your players just have to know when to attack and when to defend, and that is all.

- There is no formula for winning, your players just have to know if it is time to attack or time to defend.
