victornoah: Sentiment aside, if we somehow come out victorious against Algeria; am not sure we have a chance against Morocco. Those boys play Europe standard soccer. They have a very balanced Defense and Midfield. Their attack may not be as potent as ours. But you see their Defense, they're too pacy! Watch how they closed down Mbuemo in many occasions. Moroccans are very fast. I think it's the only advantage they would have against the Super Eagles. Our backline aren't pacy. Our defensive Midfielder (Ndidi, Onyedika) are both slow.
If we can match them pace for pace, spirit for spirit; then we may have a chance even with biased officiating and crowd influence.
For now, let's cancel Algeria first. I'm only wary of their Midfield and that their number 11 weh deh run like Benz. Lol which kind take be this? You set up your team to neutralize your opponent, and you use the advantage you have over them to beat them. Stop them from passing to their wingers, and pressurise them with our fire power and they're done for. |

Procashtips: Who's taller between the 2?
I thought the comment you quoted said otherwise? Arthur Okonkwo is taller than Chibuzọ Oluwayemi |

Eagles have gotten all hopes high to dash them as usual. Well, I just hope this time things will be different, but seeing all these high score predictions makes me laugh. That isn't to say I have no confidence in our team but we have been here several times, so I will choose to remain cautious. In Jay-Z's voice "I'm hoping for the best yet expecting the worse" so that I won't feel too bad at the end. |

mostob: You all remember that time boys go turn to Ronaldinho anytime fine babes come field.
Make Michelle run am for super eagles. Anytime the boys reduce intensity, make she just give them that killer smile. This causes unnecessary showboating and distraction. If you actually played this game, you'd know that 90% of the time, you wouldn't have a good game if you are trying to impress a girl in the stand. If you place one pass, you go look to the stand to check if she saw you. My friend failed Kano Pillars trials because of this. Fatima do am 30 🤣😂 |

Kog45: I rate Josh Chibuzo Oluwayemi than Arthur Okonkwo, his physical presence in a goal post is massive just like Carl Ikeme but Okonkwo is ready for us Yes the boy is good, but I wish he was taller. Like you said, for now, Okonkwo is more ready. |

We should avoid a foul in our half by all means. Hopefully, Ndidi won't gift them one as he always does. |

Kog45: I watched Arthur Okonkwo live during pre season and I was not impressed, against Nottingham yesterday cuz of him I needed to switch to his game watching Cameroon Morocco, not really convincing but saw slightly improved Okonkwo, though better than Okoye when he first got his national team call,I will rate him 7/10 he saved two penalties, now Okoye has improved beyond doubt and highly rated...I think he will come good with time....having Nwabali,Okoye,Okonkwo and Uzoho is good for the team Good analysis. Okonkwo isn't there yet but he is on the right path and it will be nice to bring him in now to understudy the likes of Nwabali, Okoye and maybe Uzoho too. Amas Obasogie isn't at the level of these people. Besides Okonkwo, another young boy I have high hopes on is Chibuzọ Oluwayemi who came through the youth system of Tottenham. I wasn't impressed with his move to Australia though. |

charlesemeka85: And how sure are you that their parents are among those that migrated to Italy illegally?
Not saying that I expect the players to turn out for us but since they are yet to be capped by the Italian senior national team team they remain an option
This current NFF are slow when it comes to luring foreign born players for the national team. If Chelle will retain his job after the Afcon I will advise he beam his searchlight more in the lower leagues in England especially the 2nd tier. We have a few young talented Nigerian eligible players doing decently well in the championship You are right |

Mujtahida: I said it that the new team is forming before our eyes. Add Alebiosu, Felix Agu.
If we get that Arthur, goalkeeping don set. That Lucas Zidane is in Div 2 in Spain oo.
There's that Honest Ahanor. If we can get him, the LB go gell. Take your eyes off any quality or even sub-quality player born in Italy, especially if he is an offspring of immigrants who went to Italy illegally. Those are big assets for their parents to somehow get permanent residency after being capped by Italy. Ahanor, Ekhator and co are not options for Nigeria. Their parents won't even dare let them reason Nigeria. |

TheSuperNerd: If CIV bags Ange-Yoan Bonny of Inter Milan, then my goodness, that absolutely elevates their attack. Damn! Such quality! Like I always tell Pato and Biafraproudly on X, we are not attractive one bit. Just imagine George Ilenikhena using us to play games. Ilenikhena isn't even half as good as Bonny. Bonny has a clearer chance of repping France than Ilenikhena does, yet he has abandoned France for CIV, but George doesn't see us worthy to have him. See the other Imo State boy at Burnley, if that boy was of Senegalese descent, he would have long left France for Senegal, but look at how the boy dey whine us even though his uncle, Apam was a former super eagle. |

Sarsaparilla524: BREAKING!!!
Super Eagles captain, Wilfred Ndidi has promised to pay all winning bonuses at the AFCON if the NFF fails to pay before Saturday.
Source: @oluwashina. This is not patriotism, this is eye service, and sabotage. Like I said under this post on Twitter, this guy is setting a bad precedent. This is the type of puppets the NFF admire, and for that reason he has bought himself a permanent place in the national team. |
