Vision and passing is pretty important but I feel dribbling is slightly more important....

Passing requires other players making dangerous runs and having good ball control... But a dribbler can do it all on his own

And again effective dribblers are much rarer than passers...

Although, the best thing is if a player can combine dribbling and passing ability. It always makes for a Lethal combination.. If hazard can improve his passing, he will be much more dangerous

Actually we've more dribblers than passers. I mean good passers as described here like De Bruyne not sideways or safe passers.
