Are you talking about the travel insurance you buy to pick up your Visa in Nigeria? If yes then it's misleading to say it will be used in Germany as a regular health insurance. I believe the moment you arrive you will need to get a Real Health insurance by a German provider.
What you buy here is just 'travel insurance'

Please, do DHL need letter of authorization before picking up passport from German Consulate. I've submitted my passport for the past two weeks and I've not heard anything from DHL. I wrote them this morning and they told me that I have to give them letter of authorization. Have anyone done that?
