ANAMBRA ELECTION PROTESTERS ARE NOT IGBOS – Obi’s Aide

The Senior Special Assistant to Governor Peter Obi on media and publicity has called on the good people of Anambra State to remain calm over what he called the stage-managed protest against the November 16th election.

Obienyem said that investigations revealed that those who protested, especially those women that pretended to be crying were imported into Anambra State from Osun State in five chartered luxurious buses. Ngige and his group wanted protest at all costs, but when our people, who already know him for what he is, refused they had to go to Osun State.

Obienyem said that even yesterday they imported some boys from Imo State to protest as students. “The Vice Chancellor of Nnandi Azikiwe, who has taken the university to great heights, Prof. Egboka was alarmed when contacted on phone, he had to rush down to that school for investigations. Having discovered that those involved were not his students, he said, ‘please beware of those evil men who lost. I’ve checked with all my relevant officials; the story of UNIZIK Students is fallacious! We’ve our respects, belief and integrity, more so, students are not in the school right now.’ ”

Obienyem said on further investigations and interrogation of the boys they confessed that APC people paid them N1,500 each and chartered the buses that conveyed them from Imo State to Anambra.

Insisting that the November 16th election was one of the best in Nigeria, Obienyem wondered while Igbos and all men of good will commend the election while only Ngige and his APC people are against it.

TILL YOU WILL EXIT THIS WORLD, YOU WILL NEVER ACHIEVE WHAT I ACHIEVED WHEN I WAS ONLY 20 AND SINGLY SPONSORED THE PARTICIPATION OF NIGERIA IN TWO INTERNATIONAL BOOK FAIRS IN JAPAN.
THEN ALSO LAUNCHED THE FIRST NATIONAL ESSAY COMPETITION FOR ALL SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN NIGERIA AT THE INSTITUTE OF ADVANCED LEGAL STUDIES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF LAGOS IN 2003.
AND PRESENTLY A NOMINATING MEMBER OF THE INTERNATIONAL LAW OFFICE (ILO) FOR THE GLOBAL COUNSEL AWARDS.
JUST THANK GOD FOR THE ABOLITION OF SLAVERY, OTHERWISE RE-TARDED MUMU LIKE YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN MY SLAVE. IT IS EVEN A GREAT PRIVILEGE THAT YOU ARE ENJOYING HERE TO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO READ WHAT ORIKINLA HAS WRITTEN AND COMMENT ON IT. [/size]
Nwanna,

Good that you, like millions of other Igbos in Lagos, are doing well. But pray, tell, what will be the fate of your investments in Lagos when Nigeria separates and you are officially at the mercy of SWners? Have you established a portion of your business in your Anambra State so that you might be cushioned of any major upset in Lagos?

Pataki: And what is APGA, a regional party?

Don't start insults with me. I hope your ibo moderator is watching you throw up infantile tantrums at me.
Joe Igbokwe is not in Lagos govt. He is a party official. Stop being ignorant

Pataki: So easy to start speaking in past tense. An ibo is a commissioner in Lagos. An ibo man was the spokesperson for ACN. Show me the Yoruba spokesperson for APGA.

We have been highly tolerant and open to the ibos more than you guys can ever imagine to be.
People come and people go. Then (and until recently) it was Yorubas/Edo in Igbo govts. Now its the reverse. Do you know what will be tomorrow? Will Ben be there for ever?

As for ACN, I thought it is national party? What has that got to do with govt? Ignorance and bitterness they worry you?

Afam4eva: I think statements like this are borne out of irrationality. If i show you non-Igbos who are or have been in government in the east, will you keep quiet?
Surprisingly Orikinla is Igbo and yet this ignorant

gudugba: You should be ashamed of this post above.....why don't you get the facts pertaining to the names before rushing to comment..

Apparently you are lying....
Yoruba man (Festus Adedayo) was a top govt official in Enugu under Nnamani (LONG BEFORE AN IGBO MAN BECAME ANYTHING IN LAGOS)
Anther had been in Abia (I forgot his name now) under Orji Kalu
An Edo man (Chief Tito Asekhame) was there in Imo under Ohakim
Two Yoruba (Pst. Bunmi Babs - Special Assistant and one other) were there until the recent sack of everyone by Okorocha

Azuh (Orikinla),

I am surprised at your ignorance, for someone on the news as you.

Considering that fewer Yoruba live in those states than Igbos in Lagos, it is a big deal

It is not a big deal that an Igbo man is a govt official in Lagos where Igbos, according to APC are 45%

After all you are investing and trying to invest in Lagos, they claim all you do is trading. Hopefully, you seemingly brainwashed Igbos investing all your energy/money/time in Lagos won't be sorry for yourselves when you lose everything.
