Kairoseki77: This is not the first major investment. You are discriminating against us!!! You are just jealous! You are correct about the first uncancelled stuff. There are more (Glo, banks, etc), but we do not care. We compete and beat you in it. You are dreaming about the second uncancelled one. When you wake up, you will get real The cancelled stuff are the rantings of a demented village urchin |

Ayekotoo: Abeg, we still need this investor alive in Southwest. Igboland is a no go area. instead let him venture into cross- riverYou are quite unintelligent |
Yorubest: [s]My friend, the total contribution of trading (by Igbos, Yorubas and Hausas) is about 8.5%Omo alata, stop brandishing this thoroughly discredited story about. We have debunked this over and over. “Lagos ACN wants to let Nigerians know that Igbos constitute over 45 per cent of the population of Lagos and they dominate key sectors of the Lagos economy.https://www.nairaland.com/1379688/lagos-safe-igbos-joe-igbokwe Kanu Nwanko and Okocha alone constitute 1 % of Lagos' GDP People like Madam Violet Ifeyinwa Yough (MFR) are few examples of Igbos holding 50% of Lagos GDP. As a matter of fact Yorubas have only 30 % while the rest goes to foreigners. Read about Madam Violet Yough (MFR) here http://www.gistmaster.com/2008/05/violent-yough-celebrates-70-in-great.html and see what Fani Kayode says of her here https://www.nairaland.com/965707/between-igboyoruba-other-women-femi |
Yorubest: Which beat? Our GDP breakdown shows you don't contribute up to 10% of it10% from Ladipo only. Add Alaba, ASPAMDA and those 1000s of corporate Igbos (Zinox, Coscharis, Linkserve, etc, etc, etc) and it shoots to 50% |
Yorubest: Slowly but surely, we will dominate the SE and take over their lands, wives and girlfriendsThat is welcome. We are very competitive. If we could beat you at your backyard, we won't have a problem besting you competitively in ours. |
Abia launches 100 taxis in Aba, Umuahia < Prev Next > Posted By: Anon Fri Apr 17, 2009 8:16 pm | As Abia launches 100 taxis in Aba, Umuahia By Ben Duru, Correspondent, Umuahia Speaking also on the occasion, Managing Director of Carnation, Chief Jimi Lewu, said procurement of the saloon cars had put a final stop to incessant complaints by people of the state over their suffering occasioned by the ban on inaga operators in the city. He said it would also remove the toga of Umuahia being one of the few states in the federation that has no taxi transportation since creation of Abia State in 1991. He explained that the introduction of taxis was also part of the determination of the Abia State Government to reduce the rising profile of unemployment in the state and create jobs for the teeming youths aside shoring up its internally generated revenue base, adding that with the security apparatuses embedded in the cars it would check such vices prevalent in the state today. "This is because a lot of security measures have been put in place in the scheme, which would ensure that drivers of the taxis would be officially monitored, while the taxi have facilities that would enable it to be tracked at all times. Apart from Lagos, the scheme is being test-run in Abia State with a view to extending it to other capital cities in the country depending on the success recorded," Lewu said. He disclosed that as a Private Partnership Programme (PPP), the fare for the taxis would be very affordable and regulated by government, adding that the company was going to provide workshops and train personnel that would manage the cars. According to him, a lot of jobs would be created in employing the drivers as well as those that would man the workshop "and this inbuilt maintenance culture is our trump card, because we have a large reservoir of parts to keep the cars going at all times." Lewu said that in the next few months the organisation would move to two other cities in the country and hopes to cover the entire country before the end of the year, adding that already talks have reached advanced stage with officials of the various transport unions in the state. He said that eventually the vehicles may be handed over to the driver owners in the long run, but this would depend largely on how successful it takes off, adding that what they were introducing in the country obtains in developed countries. He disclosed that government was not putting any kobo into the business except to provide the enabling environment for business to flourish as well as bringing the diverse transport unions to dialogue with them. According to Lewu, the programme would take off soon and operate in such a manner that the suffering of the people, especially in the evenings in Umuahia and Aba would become a thing of the past. Though, the taxi scheme was supposed to be one of the major features of the visit of Vice President Goodluck Jonathan to Abia State, as he was expected to commission it, but it never happened due to lack of time. Its eventual commissioning by Governor Theodore Orji, however, would bring succour to the suffering of the people. The introduction of the taxis would be novel in Umuahia and Aba because at no time had such a venture been undertaken by any government or individual. It will add colour to the state, especially with the performances of the Governor in road construction and rehabilitation. There is no doubt that the cabs would not suffer the usual wear and tear that would have been its lot if it had been introduced earlier without the commensurate reconstruction of major roads in the two cities. Today, Umuahia and Aba are wearing a new look and also colourful with the asphalting of almost all major roads in the two major cities in the state, hence first time visitors to the state capital would not have to go through excruciating pains to get transportation to their various destinations. They would not only have the comfort of a taxi fully air-conditioned but also do so in grand style, thanks to the deliberate encouragement of private investors by the Governor. He has assured of government's determination to provide convivial atmosphere for such investors to reap returns from their investments as long as they confine themselves to the general principles outlined in the negotiations. The fact is that the number of taxis assigned to these two major cities may eventually fall short of expectations of the people. There is also the likelihood that drivers may deviate from the original plan and decide to go some distances. This may defeat the idea just like those who benefited from the first phase of introduction of taxis and buses, who decided to put them on intercity fares rather than move people within the state. The government and Carnation are expected to monitor the drivers constantly to ensure they stick to the original plan. There is also the danger of drivers looking for areas that would enable them make more money rather than cushioning the effect of the limited ban on the operation of inaga or commercial motorcycle operators from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. These are facts that may eventually militate against the scheme. For now, Governor Theodore Orji has once again displayed tremendous love for the people and appreciation of what they have been passing through since the ban on commercial motorcycle operators, and it is hoped that the people would reciprocate this gesture. http://odili.net/news/source/2009/apr/17/705.html |

Oyo: 4 Rapists abduct 17-year-old apprentice • They spoilt my Ramadan fast – victim Saturday, August 10, 2013 Cruel! advertisement Four men are now cooling their heels in the net of Oyo State Police Command following their arrest for kidnapping a 17-year- old girl, Bisola who was raped severally. Her pleas to be spared because of her Ramadan fast fell on deaf ears. The incident which happened at Bembo area of Apata, Ibadan, on Wednesday July 31 was also recorded on a blackberry phone by the suspects who seized her under wears and threatened to make public the video of the sex romp if she ever told anyone about the crime. SaturdaySun gathered that trouble started for the victim, Bisola, a muslim faithful when one of the suspects, Ariyo Fawemi came to the shop where she's an apprentice to buy a satchet of pure water and at the same time approached Bisola for a relationship, an offer she turned down. Miffed by the suspected arrogance of Bisola, Fawemi allegedly went and recruited three of his friends to join him in the plot to deflate the victim's pride. Around 8pm on July 31, 2013, when the victim closed from the shop and was on her way home, she was ambushed by the four suspects who allegedly hypnotized her with a charm and took her home. To ensure the cry of their victim is not heard by neighbours or passersby, the suspects allegedly put on a radio at a high volume that overshadowed her shout for help while she was raped one after the other. They were also said to have recorded the sexual escapade with theirBlackberry phone. Saturday Sun gathered that after raping her, theythreatened to throw her out naked but after much pleas she was given her clothes and released around 10pm with a warning that she should henceforth respect them. The victim , Bisola told Saturday Sun that she couldn't believe all that happened to her during the Ramadan period when she was observing her fasting as a muslim. Narrating her ordeal to Saturday Sun, Bisola said "I am a devoted muslim. I just finished my SSS3 at Oluyole Estate Grammar School Ring Road. My problem is that I never dated any of these guys. One of the suspects, Ariyo toasted meand I didn't accept. He later came to our shop and collected my bag and confronted me. "They put on the radioand made it loud and they raped me. Ariyo raped me twice. "They kept my brassiere, pant and other underwear and kept them on the ceiling of the room . I started pleading and they gave me two options either to be naked and have my clothes seized or take my clothes on my head and start running "Later I was given my clothes and that was around 10.00pm I didn't know the house where I was raped but I managed to get home. When I got home I explained to my mother what I encountered and how I was raped" She further stated that "immediately my mother took me to Kaula police station and later we were transferred to Apata Police station." In his confession, one of the suspects, 22 year old Ariyo Fawemi , told Saturday Sun that "I raped the victim. We are only four and I have toasted her before . Later that day I and my friends double crossed her and we took her to my house at Bembo Area Apata Ibadan. Four of us raped her. "We made her naked and took her picture while nakedthrough the usage of blackberry. When she was crying we decided to increase the volume of the radio . I later gave her N1,000 not to tell anybody." Another suspect, 18 year old Adetoro Ademola stated that " I attended Apata Grammar School in Ibadan. I am in SSS 2 and I also raped the victim. . It was Ariyo that called me that I should join him to rape her and I did it once. It was that night that the police came to our house and arrested me." The mother of the victim, Alhaja Alimot Olanrewaju burst into tears as she was talking to Saturday Sun. She said that " I was shocked when I saw my daughter around 10pm . She is a strong and devoted Muslim. I thought she closed late at the saloon or she went to mosque. Suddenly she was crying and she told me what happened to her, that she was raped by four men . Immediately we went to Kaola police station. From there the police followed us to the suspects' house and the suspect , Ariyo wanted to escape through the window but he was arrested while we went after the second suspect, Ademola, and he was also arrested. The other suspects escaped . That same dayI took my daughter to the hospital and the doctor confirmed that she was raped. The girl is to do her freedom this year and I know Allah will judge the suspects." Speaking on the incident, the Oyo State Police Public Relations Officer, Mrs Olabisi Ilobanofor added that the two suspects have been arrested while other suspects escaped . She said this is a lesson for those who do evil and think they can go free saying the law is waiting for them. She said the two suspects will soon be charged to court after the conclusion of the investigation while those on the run will be arrested and prosecuted. http://odili.net/news/source/2013/aug/11/503.html |

I pity BRAINWASHED Igbos who make up 70% (Yorubas are 50% Muslims, 50% Christians, so they do not even come near) of these churches both in Lagos and in the East. At the end these pastors site all the investments (made whole with Igbo money, mainly) in other places. |
Pastor Adeboye - “We need N1 Billion from ten people to finance a new sitting Hall, If you are one of them, please see my personal Secretary after we finish (service) today..." Source --Jimi Disu's Blog. IT IS NIGERIA'S STOLEN WEALTH THAT PASTOR ADEBOYE AND CO ARE STEALING BACK TO FINANCE PERSONAL OWNERSHIPS WHILE NIGERIAN MASSES WALLOW IN PENURY! - Catherine Acholonu. |
Exposed! Redeemed Pastor Adeboye In N20b Fraud! Nigeria is one liberally sentimental society where what you write or say about religious idols are quick to be termed as blasphemy but truth be told, Nigerians are being taken for granted and it`s high time we take our destiny in our hands by making our leaders answerable to some of the financial calamities the country has been plunged into over the years. By estimation, according to international analysts, Nigeria is meant to be one of the most prosperous nations in the world owing to its staggering production of about 2.4 million barrels of oil everyday and with the price of oil pegged at $93.61 a barrel, our dear country earns a whopping $224 million income a day, and this is just from crude oil sales. With its geopolitical power and economic resources, I doubt if any country would have the power and financial might to change the course of black/African civilization like Nigeria had our leaders not corrupt. Nigerian citizens are probably the worst treated in the world with the recent research saying it`s the worst place for any baby to be born especially this year, 2013. Where are all these monies? Before we serve you this story, please check Ezekiel 8:12, He said to me, “Son of a man, have you seen what the elders of the house of Israel are doing in darkness, each at the shrine of his own idols? They say, “The Lord does not see us; the Lord has forsaken the land.” It is an unbelievable story of the revered man of God, the general overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye who`s alleged to be involved in a dirty import duty deals, and this are obviously not one of those framed up stories, there are verifiable facts and figures, the man who`s fondly referred to as Daddy G.O by obsessed Redeemed Church patrons worldwide is in a centre of a serious controversy. Daddy G.O is being alleged to have connections with the CIA and not just that, he`s said to have evaded import duty severally to the extent that, he has cheated and cause the country over N20 billion loss in revenue generation. Below is a text of what an international broadcast journalist and erstwhile editor of Yahoo Canada got after a thorough undercover investigation. It is as mind boggling as anybody could think. “Enoch Adejare Adeboboye is a Nigerian pastor and General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, but he`s also a CIA agent. His church in the Silver Spring area of Maryland, USA has been infiltrated by the CIA, America's SSS called the Central Intelligence Agency. A major number of prominent US-based Nigerians are in the church and if they dare me, I will mention their names ONE by ONE. I have played undercover in the church for some time. You see, Adeboye's congregation there is led by one pastor Ghandi Olaoye, a greedy pastor leading Hesus House, DC, who claims his church's praise is high, the worship is intense and the word is uncompromising. He is currently the coordinator in charge of convention and special projects for RCCG. Recently, some prominent US based Doctors/LOUD mouth Nigerians opened their mouth at president Jonathan's government demanding who the Senators funding Boko Haram are? They were so loud and insulting that they should have stood in the middle of Maiduguri or Kaduna to make those claims. These brainwashed MORONS once gave Ghandi a brand new Mercedes Benz for his 50th birthday, he spent their money lavishly on his party and ultimately, he'll poison them like Jim Jones when they are all done in his CULT. They are using your money for funding parties, cars and more. Adeboye was linked to a scandalous import duty waiver said to have cost Nigeria a whooping N20 Billion in revenue loss between 2006 and 2007. The deal was facilitated by Ghandi. All their lavish stealing and spending, now the CIA is in there with them. What they don't know is that they can use this to ruin the rest of Nigeria and their congregation brainwashed here. I saw the 2006, RCCG import waiver of N9, 831, 109, 309. 00 through certificate no., BO/REV/12235/S.2/T.133 to import construction materials; generators and vehicles. The value of the imports was N49, 155, 546, 846. 00. In 2007, another import waiver was granted. This time through a certificate number BO/R10260/V111/161, RCCG was granted rights to import building/construction materials with value put at N48, 988, 454, 876. 00 with a total waiver of N9, 757, 690, 975. 20. The two waivers total N19, 588, 800, 284.20, while the bulk transactions amount to N98,144,347,130.20. Also 300 luxury cars with value put at $6,923,000, 100 Jeeps (SUV) valued at $8,000,000, Video Equipment valued at $12,000,000.00, were all part of the shady import deals. Adeboye and Ghandi may have escaped jail term this time but that does not prevent me from RIPPING his stealing for you. The CIA is watching. They may be working for them. Look at you, you broke ass poor calling a thief your MAN OF GOD! He is the Man of the DEVIL!”. REPENT! Adeb-OLE! REPENT Ghandi Ola-OLE! Enuff! #FreeTheCongregation Stop reading the bible! Get the Holy Boble A version where the pages are put to work! Kemi Omololu-Olunloyo Source: Enquirer http://www.bekkyblog.com/2013/04/exposed-redeemed-pastor-adeboye-in-n20b.html |
