For a positive assessment, you must have both qualification and experience assessed to be positive. It is Canada that does qualification assessment excluding experience. In Australia, especially for VETASSES both must be positive.

To answer your question, facilities manager is a skill level 2 occupation, meaning that HND will be assessed positive for it and to add, there is no specific qualification for the occupation.

Apparently u were not properly guided, as of July 15, 17, 18, 19 thereabout date was no issue and u got AL at a timely moment. U waited to fund finish before booking, delay is very dangerous bro, May God show u mercy and a second chance!

Is like u don't understand the pain of waiting for AD, flashes of all u have struggled to get to this stage will aggravate ur restless mind
Some of these guys don't sleep well again at night, I have been there so know d extent of trauma some people here are experiencing.
Please u all should go the extra mile and place a call, if she insults u and give you date, is all win win
BTW, d rude talk is just ur opinion, I have listened to many recorded conversations of the lady, I didn't see any insult, d same thing has always been said about Paulinus and it surprised me how the guy was gentle on my day, he is just principled and expect you all at ur age and education, not to come and fumble with a serious issue. What I saw my colleagues demonstrate that day eh, I couldn't believe my eyes. Some came with incompleted docs that were essential, some didn't come with their visa fee and prepaid envelope, one guy photocopied different document on a single paper, front and back, shame literally catch me for them. In these cases, what would you have expected Paul to do, discuss with them? Start explaining checklist to a graduate? Direct u to where u can get bank? The fact that he will send u out for not being ready or complying with his instructions doesn't make him bad, he has a lot to attend every morning. I hope you know he videos his work every morning, so I believe his ogas sees it all.
So that lady could be rude to u for verboseness or any reason, but won't be to me. So is not an assertion, anyone that wants to call her can do that but I will also advise you organize/rehearse ur talk/point, apparently she doesn't enjoy listening to long talk and narration grin

When did you book?
If you booked over 3 weeks ago, am sure you have an AD in the wrong email address.
Quickly create a new mail address with the wrong address, u might be lucky to see the mail.
Aside that, is a big issue ọ, except u are getting a new passport number.
My 2 guys experienced this, but in one's case, he created the wrong email address immediately but didn't get the reference, later got the AD in it when d were giving dates
Now the second booked during the last method where you click the date, so he went to the consulate without printing Appointment letter, but he was favored as Paulinus only verified his passport number on their list and granted him access.
Is likely not possible to get any booking reference message with the wrong email address now, but if you have not been given AD yet, you are lucky, it will fall in there

So u just have to intensify for your new passport number, cos not honoring appointment and still not cancelling is "6 months ban straight"

PS: not sure about the length of ban, but is certain u will be punished

From the picture below, I tried ticking “no B2 but it keeps taking me to the lower section with “no” after I must have saved. Please is there anyone who can help out urgently? Please also indicate if you need more explanations.

Brother what u have been thicking is German language, not English o. Ur IELTS should only be uploaded, no column for thicking English level on Uni-assist.
U might have to delete the application and re-apply fresh without thicking that section, just mark No for German language simple

See date first, let it remain meeting up enrollment. There's nothing cast on stone here, all laws are subject to change.
The worst is u are waiting for July and August while October fills up too. Then ur worst come be no deferment of your program and majority of your related program is only during winter, you will now wait for another year, this was my case last year o

If you have BSc 2nd class, you can try Category A and put like October 11th as study visit date. U don't need to cancel your B, but if you don't have, just be praying cos Cat B is not predictable.
Now on a second thought, no Cat B have been given September date, meaning the Fridays there are still empty, so there's hope

U understand my take is an advise or suggestion, if I am u, I will cancel and put October 14 or 21 depending on your enrollment deadline. If ur deadline is November, u can go with 21st.
The reason am not comfortable with October 1st is that 6 weeks from then would fall at August which d embassy can claim no space. Calculate ur +4-6 weeks to fall at September latest since we are sure of it. If d give u August or July, you are covered still.
Understand also that October would still be given for Winter,
Do what I asked you to do, God's grace see you through.
BTW I didn't imply Oct 1st and Sept end people won't get date, German race is per head based on the oil u Carry
Just be on a safer side, Good luck

What did you put as study visit date?

I will advise those registering now with enrollment extension up to end of October, to be putting 1st or 2nd week of October as study visit date.
I am sure more dates would be rolled out but I hope d won't start ignoring early start dates based on feasibility of getting Visum at d appropriate time, except for the reshuffling and little adjustment to still fix people early, is believed d last dates given were early September like 2nd or so, definitely d would fill it up like d did with June this year.

Now for Cat B, if I am u, would be checking for second options already like proxy enrollment or even deferment to Summer, so that should u not get date before September end as d said, u can apply very early to get a date in October hopefully, remember is only Fridays d allocate for Cat B judging precedence.

Don't say is easy to talk, I am giving you pragmatic, realistic ways to still have high hopes, during my time of waiting and the whole discouragement, I made some enquiries and at d end got approval from two of my schools to resume by 11th November, I had already filed a new application for a program that could still be deferred to Summer, that is (Winter and Summer resumption), had already drew some formidable plans to outsmart this embassy before God stepped in and showed me mercy. So don't just sit there and be waiting aloof, start weighing on plan B already, July will remain 2 weeks from next week.

My guess has been confirmed this morning. Someone applied Cat A over the weekend with 1st November study visit date and got Appointment date for September 23rd
If u know u put anything earlier than middle of October as study visit date or enrollment deadline, u are sitting on keg of gun powder, d might not look at you o.
Category B set should go for later dates ọ, like 4th November or so.
Be reminded that if September too gets filled up this week or so, d struggle intensifies.
