Hello guys, i have gotten my CSCS account and stockbroking account with Stanbic ibtc, how can I get to subscribe to bonds and treasury bills now? I don't see that on their app interface, just stocks etc

Another reminder, nothing de this life.

Nobody is sure of tomorrow, including all these politicians boasting of 2027

Odunharry:
Cscs is not mandatory for tbills. Open an account with them or reach out to your bank

Okay, i see,

Is necessary for Bonds.

I am trying to open the stuff with Stanbic online but then it keeps showing me something went wrong.

I contacted them via email and they offered me an option of paper fill but that i will have to pay 1mil 1st to their position.

My question now is, if I credit them the 1 million and the account is opened, can I withdraw my fund back and invest how much I want is the 1 mil the minimum operating balance? So I can't withdraw it

Hello

Anyone using Blunest Stanbic IBTC to invest in T.B?

Do they open a cscs account as a premium user or is CSCS not mandatory to invest in TB?

prettyamarh:
I just got AD for July 1st but I don’t have any admission letter, I haven’t applied to any. I don’t have a blocked account. Is it possible to get admission and meet all necessary requirements before 1st of July.

Please help me, I never knew I’ll get AD.

Is important to state the date of booking in this kind of post to save the stress of frequent asking

Petit08:
Good afternoon all, and happy new month.

Please I want to ask, is there any dress code when going for interview?

No

Dress responsibly of course

Joanlaura:
I submitted additional document on the 11th and I haven’t heard back…but I submitted it myself at the embassy. Do I need to worry?

No, u can write them email if no update still

BigOG:
@Chriswazo if you don't mind sharing, which incoming health insurance did you use?

Mawista

BigOG:
@Chriswazo so, how long from when you submitted your Proof of incoming health insurance did it take for DHL to pick up your passport and other documents? And how long did it also take for DHL to deliver it.

I see you already updated your location to Europe

My first submission got lost at the embassy, I don't know y but the DHL delivered it and sent me proof of delivery.

After some weeks, d embassy called that they were yet to get what d requested for so I had no option but resend it to them and the passport came in within 1 week.

Pesky54:
Are you expected to summit travel insurance on the day of your interview…or you wait till you are asked to??
Urgent response pls🙏🏽

From recent experience, pls if you are sure you have all the documents required gor your interview, please also go with your Health Insurance to your interview for a seamless visa and passport retrieval.

Seanzyyy13:
Good Morning, i got a mail from the embassy yesterday afternoon requesting for an incoming health insurance and proof of registration (to the university). is this indicative of a visa approval ? Because I often read that a request for an incoming health insurance signifies a positive outcome. How true is this please?

U have been approved. Willkommen in Deutschland.

Damzellina:
Use ur DHL tracking number to track your Doc

Not still picked up at the embassy

After the embassy sends AM and request for insurance, how long does it take from submission of the document to release of passport to dhl.

Is been over 10 days and nothing yet

mysticlover:
Is your course starting summer semester?

Obviously it is

Chaigogo22:
Totally thankful to God that a journey of 28 months have ended in praise with my visa in my hands! 🙏

1. Appointment booked: Nov 6, 2022

2. Admission to TUM: Jul 13, 2023

3. Thought about deferring but then TUM introduced tuition fees after my set, deferring meant I'd join the next set to pay tuition. So, I maintained by admission by paying semester fees for 4 semesters (I almost gave up at semester 3 but God encouraged me)

4. AD came: Dec 19, 2024 (I already forgot I was waiting for AD 😂)

5. First interview: Jan, 21 2025 Was unprepared, asked to bring enrollment certificate for next semester (VO said it was an exception, I would have been sent home to start afresh)

6. Second interview: Feb 25, 2025 Completed interview, asked to submit extra documents

7. VISUM APPROVED: March 11, 2025!

It was a long 28 months of patience and trusting God's will and in the end it was worth it! Yours is the next!

Congrats

How did you submit the extra documents and may I know what these documents were?

chambersbaby:
Sorry Boss, Passport. i meant i didn’t get any AM, cause i believe i submitted my Health insurance, i just got My passport back after a week

U did interview 25th Feb and already have your passport with visa.

Congratulations.

chambersbaby:
i just got my PP, Applied Feb 11th 2023

I don't know u, but don't be creating confusion with how u write here, or u enjoy continuous quote seeking clarity.

What's PP here now?

chambersbaby:
Very Fine, Thank God. Yes i have🙂

U mean u have ur AM now? When was ur interview?

Joanlaura:
Thank you for this. please do they give questions based on what you are studying or just random.

I think is based on what you're going for.

They give tests regularly now to everyone

INTERVIEW TRANSCRIPT.

I arrived at the embassy at 5:40am for my interview, even though my appointment was scheduled for 8:00am.

Upon entry, we were instructed to arrange our documents in a specific order (Please listen to this ATTENTIVELY because people were sent back to the start by Mr Paulinus alot of times as regards this).
After document arrangements, the popular Mr Paulinus stand was next; had a seamless interaction with him (seems he was in a very good mood🙂) and i was the 2nd person to be sent into the embassy.

At the VO’s Office(Inner Chambers)
Entered the inner chambers at about past 7am

Questions:
1. What did you apply for?
2. What program are you going for? She asked this question repeatedly
3. Why Germany, why not the US?
4. Why do you want to study this course?
5. What’s your means of subsistence?
6. Do you know anyone is Germany?
7. Where do you work?

I was given 10 questions in total in Economics and Mathematics.

Economics Questions:
1. What is opportunity cost
2. Difference between demand and quantity demanded
3. State the factors of production
4. What is GDP and how is it measured
5. Explain market equilibrium

Mathematics Questions:
1. One apple costs $15, if I want to get 4 apples, how much will it cost ?
2. I have 50 oranges, if I take away 23, how many is left ?
3. If I drive for 60km in 1hour, how many km will I drive for in 2.5hours?

The visa application fee remains ₦118,500.

I completed the entire process at the embassy by 8:07am.

Congrats dear

Juggernauts:
Thank you guys. But isn't it too late to postpone my appointment?

And I'm also not going empty handed. I'm going with a print out of my profile showing that the money is in the account and all necessary documents.

U can print your Fintiba statement of account, if has reflected there.

Secondly, Fintiba might ask u for source of funds
