Depends if the program is NC or without admission limits, if the latter is d case, it can come in any time or u can even write them to know if a decision is made on ur case so u can start d herculean visa process

go to uk. A Nigerian doctor cannot practice in Canada until he writes exams that takes about 2 years. uk is your best bet. there is no specific program for Nigerian doctors to Canada like Uk does

When it get to lagos port, the person with the highest number of cars or the most expensive in term of clearing will dictate who to clear, and you might be given a bill that’s not favorable, and by that time, you have no choice than to oblige,
You might have your clearing fee while others might not, hence delay will set in and attract additional cost, to mention but a few. But if it’s roro you have 100% say and decision to make on your shipment when it get to lagos port. So please I advise you ship via roro. To avoid stories that touch.
