I will advise you to withdraw via PayPal in the interim. Use an exchanger if you don't have a US PayPal account ( you can always modify your PayPal email later), and when your Payoneer card is available, you then link it to your Fiverr account and withdraw to it subsequently.

Well, I'm not too sure about that since I am yet to change my PayPal email. I do believe if it is against their rules it will be stated in their procedure on how to change your email.

I have linked my Payoneer account and will be making all subsequent withdraw to it. After receiving a "recession" rate from one exchanger, I vowed not to use PayPal withdraw again.

As a seller, once you have available funds for withdrawal, you can define your PayPal account. A link to change your PayPal email information will appear in the Account Settings page after you have defined it.


To change the PayPal email associated with your account:

Once logged in, place your mouse over your username and click Settings > Account Settings.


In the PayPal area, click the link to change the email in your profile associated with PayPal.


The Security Question Confirmation page appears.


Answer the security question and click SUBMIT.


An email with instructions will be sent to your PayPal email. For security reasons, updating your PayPal email will disable PayPal withdrawals on the account for 24 hours.


Click the link in the email you receive to update your PayPal email on your Fiverr account.

I don't think it's as a result of that..because every other things were faster even when I uploaded the pictures saved as Ms word until I got to where I wanted to upload the cover. Some had advised me to designed another cover in pdf format before it can be uploaded on creatsapace
