Please what is this 'fixed and certain' agreement?

It's like leasing a hotel room. Your rental tenure is fixed. You move out as soon as your rent is due. You are not entitled to any notice to quit.

Hmm. This was how Yar'adua was speaking with people everyday, doing 100 press ups and playing squash. Yet, he was brought into the country in a casket at night. Buhari is alive, hale and hearty, yet he cannot do just one minute video to Nigerians to douse the tension and dispel all these death rumors? E be like say bomb dey all of una head. We don't need third parties to tell us about a man who is healthy and alive; let him speak to 180m Nigerians and if he isn't capable of doing that, let his vice be sworn in. We can't have a vegetable, near corpse or even a corpse(that's if truly he is dead as being speculated in the media), ruling us by proxy. Nigeria is not his personal property that he must cling to.

Jeez! That's what happens when people are lazy and refuse to hustle for their own money. They end up being a nuisance to people around them. The dude should be sentenced to death for his wicked actions.

Next time, tell her to use the agreement that reads "fixed and certain". Under this agreement, the tenant is deemed to have rented the apartment just like a hotel rent per night, and is not entitled to any 3 or 6 months notice. Once the rent is expired, he or she has Max of a week to pack out and if he or she doesn't, you can apply to the court to recover your property from the tenant.

Your caption is misleading. India is buying from us. If true, then we can say bye bye to poverty as a nation., $100bn coming into Nigeria over a period of time, would do us a lot of good.

Smh. Behind all these pretty faces, lies terrible minds with a lot of evil deeds stored up in their closet.
