Old age at 40?

Nah. Old age starts at 70.

You are not old at 40 but that's when the reality of old age starts to dawn on you. That's when you start to watch certain things to prepare you for the real old age coming in front of you. I said that cos his write up seems to suggest he's feeling like a grown up that can now advise, not knowing there are still lots of hurdles and mistakes waiting to be made at 25+.
