My guy i would have concluded ur experiencing demetia or azeithmer's disease, but ur jez too young to be having these ailments. All i can say is get a To-do-List which will help in multi tasking nd also help you recall, but if your still experiencing these symptoms aftermath you gotta seek medical help bruv...
