D deceased in question didn't know if shez allergic to sulfur or even septrim, nd m sure even if d prescriber asked if d girl was allergic to septrim she would hv said I don't No. Givin septrim is not a bad idea atall... Mind you there are varieties of drugs which also causes steven johnson's syndrome too and people take them everyday without the side effect, cause d syndrome is a very rare adverse effect. Be that as it may, RIP to the dead.
