9ja4eva:9ja4ever i respect him as a defender but the guy no sabi when to close mouth |
I don't think Oba will be at Arsenal this season, talks have dragged and besides, Arsenal usually do their deal behind closed doors |
Software ure obviously infected with a virus, of course i was referring to u, it doesn't take a rocket science to source that out. Anyway like i said, ur talking out ur ass, we all know what comes out the ass, thats right CRAP, Like my fellow Gunners suggested u do need help Serious one |
Ruddie shey dem swear for u, abi dem send u come, tell them u did not see me, stick to ur own predictions and quit thinking Crap United r all that |
Fair enough Ruddie, i always believed he would come thru |
Ruddie was there any doubt |
Is it to late to hand in my application ![]() |
Well said 9ja4eva, the Zambia match just showed how much Nigeria need to start taking their chances, see how Zambia took their only chance and where instantly level with us. Although i was quite impressed with the defence but may the best team win (Hopefully that'll be Naija) |
Go Fabregas!!!! I take it Wenger will sign on next year, so better dey come |
Na wa o i never knew people could talk out of their asses ![]() |
Cashely is worse than Henry o, although Henry did bail on us eventually The plain truth is that like any other job football itself is a profession for these guys and they need to move on and make more money (if thats what they want), just like anyone of us would in our own various jobs. Ashley Cole Going behind the clubs back and talking to a rival club cos they were going to pay more is disrespectful to a club that made u who u are. Henry 8 years at Arsenal is no joke, i'm not too mad at him, he wanted that last big money move before his speed starts fading away, at least he didnt have talks behind Arsenal's backs (He showed the club respect) having said all that his departure was sudden and it didn't feel like something he'lld been wanting to do, it felt like something he did out of desperation as events unfolded. Bergkamp Well what can i say, a damn good player who was not full of himself, gave a 101% and played for the love of the game and club and not the money |
If anyone has the time they should go to Youtube and view the clip titled "Why Arsenal signed Hleb" when you see what he's capable of, u'll see why AW is still standing by him, maybe he felt under close watch with "Immaculate" Henry always scrutinising but hopefully he'll be allowed to express himself this season. Check that clip out and let me know what u guys think |
Loyika, please don't use cashley cole and Henry in the same sentence, talk less of bab Dennis Bergkamp (In my opinion Arsenal's most faithful for foreign player) |
davidylan:Bartoli, o boy e be like say u like extra meat abi kliverpool:Eh u forgot Wayne Rooney and Taribo West |
Nice responses guys So far so good, Justin Hoyte should not be allowed to go, i know Sagna is class in France but look at the last class French defender Newcastle bought (Boumsong). I would love to see him in action first befroe finally being convinced. I feel for Justin Hoyte, Wenger bought Sagna cos Hoyte is not the complete article yet, he should stay a few more seasons cos his game has improved over the past years. I don't care what people say about arsenal not buying English players, AW doesn't like wasting money and even the English players we release were never up to scratch (Pennant, Bentley [Doesn't suit Arsenal's style], Jeffers, Sidwell) these guys wouldn't make it into any of the top 3's starting 11 but the press keep on attacking Arsenal for not having English players. Anyway still from my sources, Wenger will not go for Martins this season as he feels the attack is just about good enough, instead he will get cover for Ljunberg who will possibly be off for about £6 - 7 million. As for Babel i don't know the full story but he was supposedly to wait till next season so he could join Arsenal being as we did not have the money for him this season, then Liverpool come along and all that talk of him saying he loved Arsenal's type of play became rubbish. He is indeed one to watch but playing for Liverpool he may not realise his full potential, Weneger has a way of noutouring kids that Benitez could only dream of. £13 million is too much to pay for a 20 yr old (Unless his English), personally i felt he could have been the next TH in training cos he game is similar to henry's playing in attack and on the wing + he's got the pace. Fellow Gunners lets see how this drama unwraps, i am very confident in Wenger and as long as he pens a new deal, Arsenal will live on |
Viera, this is word on the street, hence my us of the word "Apparently" It sounds like stuff AW would do, playing players in new positions and possiibly discovering a gem in the process. We all know there is atke over in progress at Arsenal, so it makes a bit of sense, then again i may be totally wrong but like i said before hence the use of the word "Apparently" |
Just read this on Sky Sports http://home.skysports.com/list.aspx?hlid=476337&CPID=8&clid=47&lid=4161&title=Pompey+agree+double+deal This is an interesting switch, i'm not very sure how he will fare in the Premiership or what to expect, i want him to succed but this English game has a way of making class/decent players look crap, ask Veron and Shevchenko. What are ur views? |
With the way he euns his mouth i'lld say he's more of a gossip than a Camerounian ![]() |
E don bad reach like this when Zambia will be promising us a good bashing, hmmmm, how the mighty have fallen Anyway may the better side win, hopefully it'll be the Golden Eaglets |
Apparently Eboue will be moving into the right hand side of the midfield with Ljuberg leaving From what i gather Arsenal are waiting till next year for a take over and due to some tax and share issues, spending will be limited this year, thats one of the reasons Babel was left and promised to be signed next year (Until Liverpool came and stuck their noses in). Apparently, only funds from Henry's transfer and other sales will be used in the transfer market this summer. better still dey come but Wenger has to wait till teh take over next season, thats one of the reasons he hasn't committed to Arsenal yet, he wants to see the outcome of the Take Over next year before putting pen to paper. in all Arsenal are on a shoe string budget compared to what the other 3 have had to spend, even tottenham have more money to burn this summer, but its all good, if there is something Wenger knows best its getting the best with the least amount available |
Love an irish accent, it almost sounds like they're singing An Italian trynna speak English is nothing short of comical |
kitaun:i strongly agree, lets not forget that this kid is only 18, so don't expect miracles in on e season, he has shown great potential, under Wenger he should blossom and become like TH if not better |
RuuDie:This ur love for Aliadere tire o Ruddie, any way here goes Most Arsenal flops to start producing in the absence of henry (Adebayor, Hleb) Chelsea to suffer from a sickness of too many starts Robben will get fed up with life on teh Chelsea bench Torres will go teh way of Morientes United to regain title Top goal scorer to go to RVP if he stays injury free Arsenal to have the most goal scorers (As in more team mates scoring) Sunderland, Wigan, Fulham and Derby to get engaged in teh relegation dog fight |
When a ref is totally against ur team, e.g Nigeria v Argentina, U-23 Finals. How biased was that ref ![]() |
Riquelme/Pirlo argument i would love to Riquelme in a big European team before i make my judgement, no doubt he's class in S/America and even for Villareal when he felt up to it but i would love to see how he would handle being in a big team like Milan, United or Madrid |
Topeorekoy i understand that he had to move on, but for me, in order for that jersey to be retired he would have had to have ended his career at Arsenal, having said that, he's the best player we've ever had but if we were to retire any jersye i would say Bergkamp's number 10 cos as well as showing all those skills he also showed Arsenal everlasting commitment even when he was only offered 1 year deals, teh dude could have gone to another club but stuck with us. 10 years with the Arsenal ,now that is the sort of jersey u retire |
If Dennis Bergkamp's number 10 was not retired i don't see why Henry's 14 should be retired. Its just a number, the guy bailed on us when we needed him the most (Although he's still an Arsenal legend) irrespective he will always be remembered but not to the point of having his jersey retired |
