AltarBoy1: I read on the website of National Electricity Regulation Company (NERC) that with effect from May 2014, "that any customer who did not enjoy electricity supply for more than 15 days cumulatively in a month is not entitled to pay the fixed charges that comes with the monthly bill". Now, its getting to 40days+ and we have not seen even a flash of light in our area, since 9th of august. The bill for the month of august came in like two days back, with fixed charges among the total payment due for us. Now, even though the fixed charge is less than 1k, will it be foolish of me to go to their office and challenge them to remove it or should I just close my eye and let it be. Note, am not the type that turn a blind eye when things go wrong. I can use a much larger fund to pursue justice even when the outcome might be little. Thanks.
