I need help urgently before my car gets me insane. While driving, my car will suddenly drop speed and u will feel as if the car is pulled backwards using a kind of power equipment. Sometimes, the ignition goes off completely and the steering and the brake becomes very stiff. We I start the car again, it will start and sfter awhile the problem repeats.
Pls I need help here. What can I do to solve this problem?
I have changed the air filter, ignition coil, cold start sensors, spark plugs and the wires and some other things I can't remember now.

I did an oil change about a month ago, and ever since then I've been having this rattle noise on cold startup and whenever the engine sits between 4-5 hours. Noise is very brief between 1 to 2 secs. Filter element was replaced, but noise persist. Though oil change was done with Mobil 1 5W-20, but I'm not sure again of the quality of this oil due to this issue. I'm now contemplating on draining out the oil.
1- Any advice on what oil to use?
2- Is there any damage that could have occurred during this period of 4 weeks of driving the vehicle with this rattle noise on startup?
3- Are there other likely cause apart from these suspect (oil)?

Vehicle is 2012 Toyota RAV4 I4 FWD.
engine is Toyota 2AR-FE (2.5L).

Please I got delivery of c240, before delivery, battery couldn't start it, the have to use another battery to start it. It was driven from Lagos to East on 27th December, I changed the oil and travelled with it on 29th December. When I came back, the handlamp was on and the radio too. After about 15minutes, I off them and the car couldn't start again, I supported it with another battery and it started.
This morning, the car couldn't start, I bought new battery and try to start it, it couldn't start.

Car gurus and people with experience, what could be the issue?
