Ujeinijobog: Hello everyone
I applied and submitted my application for study permit yesterday and I just got an email saying my application status has changed. I just checked my page and downloaded a biometrics instruction letter saying I should do my biometrics before August 13, 2020. Please is this a good sign? That's the first step ,give your biometric first ,if this is your first application |

Hopeful2019: Hi oma22,
Thanks for your response. @SonofGod2000 and his friend will better understand the other side of the coin. Instead of them to blame Nigeria for this hardship, they are blaming a fulfilled country. @SonofGod2000, dont take this attitude of yours to Canada oooo. They dont argue blindly in Canada
I wish you well. You got me all wrong in my last post ,if you read the bolded and understand it, I said , that is what am thinking, I didn't say that is how it is.. I owe my thoughts, you owe yours, and every individual thought is right from his or her own point of view .. You made your own observation, I pick something from it and let it slide , .... You Speaking as if no one has right of his own thought again. .... |

Now I understand why these increase in refusal...
Most schools moved their may classes to fall while some holds it online...
Even those that got visa for may was advice through their school account via email to shift their traveling to fall ....
The VOs now sees it as an opportunity to reject some applications to keep their work going...
No work no pay
The reapplication fee will go a long way to pay their salaries lol
That has been what I have been thinking after gathering information from my school website |

Frankrobbn1: .......... I must tell you that Visa chances are higher with University of Regina for undergraduate studies than Winnipeg (this is something I have practicalized with few applicants) Really ? I got admission in university of Regina to study System Engineering at undergraduate level.. I applied for visa on February 15, 2020 , I was refused on April 7, 2020 But am not quitting, I can't waste all these time and money then quit, never.. Quitting is never in my dictionary.. So, I Reapplied again yesterday.... My own point of view. Let it be true that I have high chances of visa approval .. |

JustMellow: Hello Chukwuemeka101,
There is no harm including both your previous and current employment letter in your application and also it depends on how you are narrating your story. The payslip is options and YES you can include your payslip for 2019 esp for the late part of it, if you are trying to prove or justify your financial situation or financial status or as the case may be.
All the best Thanks, I did so ,now set to send the application ,just want to know the total of everything . The visa fee and bank charges |

Meeen this customer cares sef..
I just noticed now my sponsor bank statement of account cash inflow for 6 months is dated correctly till 08-may-2020
But on the top of it where they normally write
Please find below your statement of account for the period of 04-Dec-2019 to 08-may- ( now here, they put 2019 instead of 2020)
But all dates in the breakdown is correct with a stamp and sign ,
My Question..
Hope this error from the bank can be ignored by the VO? |

Qudkom: CIC almost never reach out to employees.however possible questions to ask include if you're working there, employment letter generated from them and authenticity of the company you work which can be done via open source searches. Ok that's not a problem, my LinkedIn profile carries all that details ,in case they search via online with my name |

JustMellow: Hello Chukwuemeka101,
For SP application, this is rarely almost done but mostly done when there is some kind of discrepancies and suspiciousness. So, It may or may not happen and to stay safe, endeavour to brief and educate your employer about it on time.
All the best Thanks, I informed the HR today... My major concern is if my previous employment letter i used to apply before will reflect , because i dont have a current 4 months pay slip all my pay slip for the previous one was 2019 pay slip |

Anon123: If you change, do u have a 4-5months payslips? 4 months, yes , December January February March No April because the whole world was on lock down ... Second question, Do they store my previous document somewhere aside my account? Or I can delete the old one from my account and put the new one, and the old one will not reflect |

Nuli123: Hello,
Please I would like some answers on the following questions. I recently just got denied a Canadian study visa and I was given reasons as to why I was rejected but it still doesn’t make sense to me., the first reason was 1. That they didn’t think I’ll come back because if my ties in Canada and in Nigeria
2. They didn’t think I’ll come back based on my current employment status
And I had every document they requested. Please I would like to know what you suggest I do and how I go about this.
Thanks Same thing they told me, though I just relax ,I will apply again next week , Please house my question, Since banks are not working now ,can I still use my formal bank statement of account which was 6 months old as of February 2020 to reapply again ? |

JustMellow: Hello Chukwuemeka101,
Be strong and try not to lose focus if the heart still desire. However, appealing can drag to a lenthy extent and that can frustrate you reapplying ASAP. BTW if I understand you, appealing and reapplying within 3wks may not be possible considering the fact that the appeal period must be over before a new application can be submitted.
All the best Thanks, so you suggest I should just reapply ? |
