Check d last page of your award letter everything is in black and white. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd trench is clearly stated.

Check d Youwin web site. Youwin 3 has been removed and replaced with youwin4. Every. Thing going Down on Monday. I guess almost all awardees were invited...

Please is it compulsory to go 4 d presidential lunch on monday?? I was invited. But not sure I can mahe it.

So after the presidential launch of SME VCF on Monday what is next. Will there be another for Youwin Wat next after our account openings, wat about the mentors De talked about? .... . Questions I wish could be answered....

@BigBigboyz d truth is that we were not in your shoes or rather we were not placed in the same position as you were placed, I believe MOST of us would have done d same thing, that's d honest truth.

However I will beg to suggest that its important will critisize (we learn from it), PLEASE all DAT is needed is CONSTRUCTIVE CRITISISM. No need to make any one feel bad or look foolish...

My little advise is that we should be careful how we let people know that we are you win awardees.... I got my TIN without any one knowing anything about Uwin, just as a regular business name,...
When people know u are from you win De also want to eat from the national cake that has been given to u.( DAT is d way De see it)
Imagine u are to buy a piece if land or equipment for 1m on a good day, however if we announce or behave like you win that piece of land or equipment will be 1.5m.

So let's be careful please...( with all due respect)

Ours completely different from Youwin2, De specified our own % in our letter from IMF,and disbursement based on mile stones achieved..
I believe their are some who have since gotten their full trenches based on the mile stones achieved before now.

I think d questions to Many a should be,
1. What was d outcome of the visit.
2. Did she follow her proposal to the latter... Did she reach d required milestone for the last disbursement.
3. Did De pay her complete trenches.

Hi edundayo, dats really bad, can you take time and go tru d zenith banks around you to be sure u in d right branch.... What u just explained now is a pure customer service issue...
Wat people have failed to understand is their right for better service, if u are not satisfied with their service you can go straight to the branch manager and express your displeasure, u will be surprised with the attention u will get...
Its too bad some banks were not well informed.... However kudos to stanbic, access and gt... In fact stanbic didn't ask for guarantor or referees to sign...
I know some awardess that are expecting their account numbers tomoro... De didn't spend up to 15 minutes in stanbic and De were tru.....
We all have to be smart and follow dis banks bumper to bumper, or else we will start hearing that some have gotten their 1 trench while others still trying to open bank accounts....

However let's not miss the point. We have been working, talking and sharing together... It can't stop now and we can't have any form of distractions because I no in d shortest possible time we will start sharing our success stories.

Banks are different. So simply follow what your own bank says you should do.

How will access bank generate account numbers when they don't have access to our company names?

Youwin only sent our names, youwin id and email to banks.

Some people will already have business accounts in the banks. An update of their file will be all that is required.

Account number generation involves a lot of processes and cannot be done for companies except with the availability of certain information... RC number, Company name, details of directors, TIN, ID card details, address, phone number etc.

CIF creation even before account generation....

Except youwin has sent scanned copies of our docs and id,

It is very possible to get pregenrated numbers. The numbers are already there just to allocate the numbers to the name... Its left for you to enrich the account by providing all necessary documentations as asked in the mail. The main thing is for us to try and ensure we open our accounts on time...
Who has been able to successfully open his/her account... Share your experience.

But I think its proper as youwin is introducing us to the bank, not the other way round.

I noticed from my observation that new businesses got maximum of 8m while for existing businesses some got 10m

@ Konos, 3m is a VERY huge amount to pay as rent, it will definitely eat up any profit u might make, and how long will u continue to pay 3m... Do d cost analysis of setting up your and have it in mind that its a long term thing....

If its agric, e.g poultry beginners, d 1st trench will be used to set up poultry pen, feeders, and all needed to start up d business.
